BB's Coffee & Muffin in Bournemouth

Lovely café. Was served by a friendly man and got a great smoothie out of it. Seating is available and comfortable and it's a nice place to sit down and chat about the various other stores in the shopping arcade.

The waitress didnt ask me if I wanted cranberry sauce on my baguette, so I couldnt eat it, I told her next time to ask, and she just said:ok, she not even told me I will make another one for you, useless, never came back again!

Always use after shopping,new staff need to learn how to make a proper capacinno, don't eat here due to the pigeons that perch over the area where food is prepared.

Me and the wife had a lovely cup of tea and both had amazing muffins that if you go there you have got to try

It's ok have new staff frequently at the moment good. Not much choice in the savoury food but muffins good. Tables often need cleaning.

Fantastic food, even better service. The small blonde girl was so helpful and was very nice. The young lad who works there was also very nice and very helpful. In my opinion they both need a pay rise.

Bad service girl with blonde hair was very rude, didn't smile was rude to every customer she served. Should be sacked my opinion, not going to get many customers when she speaks to them like that !!!

For food drinks and service , Though the 20-30 flies that were around us for our snack and drinks weren't great !
