Was overall a decent stay. We had some problems with the bed as we found the double bed too small. There was also no air con in the standard size rooms. We also found it difficult to open the windows because of wasps nearby. But the staff were very friendly and courteous :) Thank you to the bar staff/ waitresses who served us !! Location was also great near a beach that wasn’t too busy which was perfect.

Made good only because of the staff!Tired looking hotel with appalling showers. My family and I stayed the past two nights and we were welcomed by lovely staff. However I think what let’s them and this place down is the lack of water pumps in their bathrooms which means you’ve a pretty bad shower experience. The heat in the front rooms on the top floor was ridiculous, my two children found it hard to sleep. What’s more, the windows do not open for air circulation ( I understand the safety precautions) but I think it’s high time that they invested in modern safety windows for the top floor that would allow people to open them for air. Condensation collected on our windows and thankfully there was a window in one of bathrooms, the other bathrooms had no windows which only made the heat feel worse. I’d move the staff out of that place to work elsewhere just to save them from the embarrassment of a landlord that clearly does not care to invest in their business.

We had a bit of trouble with the room, but once they changed it after requesting for a new one it was much better. The parking is paid for which sucks. But the pool is heated and really nice! The rooms are decent.

A decent hotel that is a few minutes from beach by car. It also has a nice heated indoor pool. So why 2 stars off?1) The bed is the worst I had ever attempted to sleep on. It is so bouncy, it felt like being on a trampoline! The bed is also a bit small for two grown ups!2) The house keeping did not clean room. It seemed they forgot! With that said, the staff was very friendly.Overall decent hotel as long as you bring your own mattress!

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. The evening meal was delicious and good value. The bar staff were attentive, polite and friendly. We enjoyed the lovely surroundings in the restaurant and bar lounge area. We were very pleased with the upgrade from a standard double to executive double room without even asking.

Stayed for four nights. Would recommend this hotel for visiting Bournemouth. Did not have an evening meal here but there are lots of places to go within walking distance.Breakfast was hot and you have a lot to choose from.Room was large and very comfortable.Staff are very friendly and helpful.Parking is charged at £4 for 24 hrs which is a good price compared to others we have stayed at.Would be very happy to return to this hotel.

We spent a week at this hotel. A walk to the beach and town, but up hill on the way back! So you are warned! ! Not for the faint hearted.Hotel was comfortable. Tea, coffee in room. Staff friendly and helpful, but did need reminding at times to clear plates at breakfast.A minus is weak shower pressure. I am sure it could be fixed if so bit of money is spent on it.Good breakfasts.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful reception staff. Restaurant staff very busy but always pleasant. Room was well set out and very clean. Only downfall was the immense difference in quality and portion size between dinners presented on two different evenings.

Just spent a lovely weekend celebrating our Wedding Anniversary. It was just perfect. The location of the hotel was great, it was spotless. The staff at this Hotel were extremely hard working, friendly and all had first class customer service. The food in the restaurant was superb. A very enjoyable stay and will definitely go back.

Loved our stay here in a family room chalet for the three of us adults. The pool was mostly quiet and heated with good changing facilities. The breakfast was very good with options for vegetarian sausages! Room service was fast and professional. All of the staff on the front desk and throughout the hotel were very responsive to anything we'd ask. Although very sturdy equipment and facilities, some updating would be required for a 5* but not much at all. Location was excellent, just a 25 minute walk into town or 4 minute drive.
