Bistro Pizza in Bournemouth

Me and my dad spent 28 pounds in food that was burned and cold and we called up and he was rude to us cause he didn’t like the truth I think this place should be shut down even Gordon Ramsey would be disappointed with the food I would never eat here again

Order hasn’t even showed up! Driver could of called my phone?Your number is incorrect aswell so I cannot call you to ask where it isWill not order from here again

Whoever gave this place a bad review needs their head read. Probably one of the best pizza in the area and the 2 for 1 deal Knocks it out of the park. I’m a regular and never had a bad one. Top shop IMO

Absolutely terrible service and a complete waste of money. I orderd from taking advantage of their offer of buy 1 get 1 free on pizzas. Normally I would not consider them as their product is hit and miss and its ovvrpriced where they charge £12 for a 9 inch pizza that is no better quality then a kids sized pizza however teh by 1 get 1 free offer makes up for this ,however they deliver 1 pizza so im paying £13.50 for a soft drink and childs pizza its just terrible service and Id advise anyone looking to use this place to stay away, go else where because they have no concept of customer service and aall their provided phone numbers dont even work so you cant call and complain, you have to do it via email to which wont get a response for atleast a few days.

Tasteless pizza, expensive, and we order for over 13£ and they promised a garlic bread which we didn’t get. Also the customer service is awful, the man is rude to you and they make you feel uncomfortable while you ask for the food. Deff not a good experience.

First time ordering from this place, and it was very good. Ordered a spicy meat, and a vegetarian pizza. Walked away with 4 pizzas, they do a buy one get one free deal. To top it off, he threw in a garlic bread. The toppings were generous, with just the right balance of cheese, and the base was light and crispy. If this is how he cooks under pressure, with a load of online orders being cooked when I walked in then more power to him. This was some of the best pizza I have had in quite some time. Bravo.

Despite the other reviews I’ve been getting these through Deliveroo and they’re pretty decent. The reviews on there are good, they must have sorted out the service. Regular and genuine customer

Use to order here regularly, but the pizza's we ordered recently wasn't nice at all dry.and wrong base topping.They usually are amazing and tastey the price has gone up but standards have gone down must be a different chef?We won't be returning unfortunately

Don’t think to order here and get 10/10 quality. It’s not the best food I’ve had but it’s decent and affordable. Certainly ideal for students.

The worst takeaway I have ever eaten, after 1 hour and a half of waiting I was also met with the worst customer service possible only to be left with a pizza like this. Wouldn’t even give my dog a bite
