Broadway Pub in Bournemouth

Unfortunately I'm unable to give more than 2 stars. We've been here a few times for food and card bingo. The first time, great. Food was good and great valie for money.Every time we've been here since they are sold out of most things. The first time was around the time when there were food shortages, I picked four items off the menu and even when I asked what they had when I picked the fourth item they still didn't have it. So fifth option it was. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The following times, exactly the same issue. Last night was the last straw and I said to the waitress every time we come here we get the same problem and it's not good enough. She apologised and sisd they had been busy but I said this happens every time. I said you need to order more food in.I'm fairly sure that the food is not cooked from fresh and the majority is frozen so there is absolutely no excuse to continually run out of food. The first time it happened they gave us some drinks and thus time they put a couple of extra scampi on my friends plate for the inconvenience which doesn't even make any sense as it was me and my husband who couldn't have what I wanted to order. Luckily my friend shared his scampi.Broadway you really need to do better. You are letting yourselves down in what would otherwise be a great pub and a 5/5 from me. I won't give 5/5 until I have visited at least twice without the same menu issues. If it wasn't for the card bingo which we find is quite fun and something different we wouldn't be going back to eat again.

Visited recently to have a couple drinks and food with friends and had a really good time! Kyle was super friendly and welcoming, definitely will be coming back soon

Worst breakfast ever! Decided to go for a nice brunch but was very disappointed Eggs all runny and not cooked through properly, bacon burnt, toast not toasted and no butter only margarine and Chips were greasy very poor value for money will not go back again.

Food tonight was no comparison to what we had last week at lunch time, disappointed because we took granddaughter and fiance!!

Had a lovely meal with family - food was excellent - staff very helpful and friendly - would certainly recommend

We love this place it's a shame we don't live closer, always visit when we're seeing family for great food at reasonable prices, well done!

Had lunch here today. We had the Seniors menu what excellant Value. It was clear they were very busy, the staff were excellant could not fault them.

Good food - good beer when you can get served - staff busy talking to one another !!

Meals we ordered they did not have.even a all day breakfast so have to have meals of a second choice ...did not have certain desserts no tea coffee or hot drinks...we were a party of 5 booked in advance but on arrival no table booked....get you act together Broadway and we may return..

I had a steak with vegetables At the Broadway today, I admit that it's was the best nicest and tastiest steak dish I have had in ages!!! Very nice friendly staff that makes you feel welcomed and satisfied. I really recommend this pub for the public it's really worth it.
