Burger King in Bournemouth

Would have been 5 stars but they dont accept cash and I had to give cash to my friend and ask him to pay by card otherwise my severly autistic teens would have kicked off - they were also really disappointed that there were no ice-cream sundaes and the table was minging and I had to ask for it to be cleaned so I took off another star. However the food was yummy!

Small on first glance but ample seating upstairs. Could benefit from screens to order. Tables and seating need updated plus the toilet kicks don't work. Staff friendly and helpful food was as expected

The service was not great but the venue was even worse the downstairs was dirty as it had ripped seats. The upstairs again had dirty tables an the whole diner was dated and in need of refurbishment.

I love Burger King. Especially the chips 🍟 always good food whichever one you visit

Typical Burger King fare. Decent burgers, nice chips. The staff were friendly and helpful. Got there at a less busy time, so plenty of places to sit. Saved over £5 by using vouchers on the free app.

The place was filthy, no locks on the toilets and they clearly had not been cleaned for a long time, I won't list what was all over the floor. The place is very tired.

Went there today with the family and what can I say, if we didn't have a hungry child we would of gone elsewhere. The place was filthy and the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a week. When they were cleaning the tables that had been dirty for nearly an hour he just used the cloth to push the rubbish onto the floor and never even wiped them properly. It was very quiet so no excuse. The burgers were chewy like they had been cooked and kept warm for god knows how long and the lettuce on the whopper was dried out and definitely not fresh.Won't be going back again.

Food was decent. Although the fries portion was pretty small. Seating was comfy and service was good 👍

Good food, good prices! Sort of regret getting such a bit meal, but it was VERY cost effective and very good, just not really able to eat some of the larger meals. I think I got the XL Bacon one which was like £7? Absolutely massive, had to forgo my chips, but it was VERY good.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Came here on the 15/10. The restaurant was filthy. All the tables had rubbish on and hadn’t been cleaned. The floor hadn’t been cleaned for days. The staff were all foreign who couldn’t understand basic English. They kept getting the food orders wrong. Terrible experience.
