Clean friendly shop. Only one person serving. Good coffee

Great service here can be busy with seat outside and ground level, but if you cam climb stairs ok always plenty of seats upstairs

Don't just look in and think there's minimal seating, lots of lovely comfy chairs upstairs

Quite a nice place, staff are very friendly and helpful. Always good quality coffee and snacks. Use to frequent various Neros at airports, disappointed at the lack of up grade in decoration of their premises, let's itself down in that respect.

By far the smallest Nero ever frequented, but in no way lacking. The staff are courteous, and the cafe is very clean. There are four tables outside that can accommodate 16 customers, and inside it has a few comfortable chairs for those that need to relax that little bit more. No loud music. Simply a calm and quiet environment, facilitating the opportunity to enjoy your drink of choice and seek refuge from the day whilst doing so.

Had to ask for all the extras we ordered such as cream, syrup, cakes as the lady forgot to give them but the place looks lovely and staff were very polite :) quality of the food and drinks wasn’t best

Great experience!! I went in today during my walk through shops. Amazing coffee and very polite and funny staff. Many thanks to Bea and Coco for their help and to have been so nice with me and my family. A good time that I won't forget

A nice little Caffe Nero this. H and I had been beating our feet around the Bournemouth shops and nipped in for a refreshment. The staff were pleasant, the coffee and tea were tasty and the ambience was 'coffee-house'. No complaints from us.
