Chicken Cottage in Bournemouth

Foods not all that slow service and the order took ages only one burger took over hour and a half shut it down!!! KFC IS BETTER

Do not ever get a delivery from this place. Several times its taken an hour plus, its cold and items missing. When you phone they don't care. Avoid. Get KFC instead or LA chicken.

To eat there or take the food to take away is good.But to order at home lately there are too many problems, they take too long, the food arrives cold, or some wings have arrived burnt... Other times you pay for the extra sauce,And they don't bring it to you.You try to call but many times they are so busy that they don't answer, and the last time they took the call, I told them that I had been waiting for my food for more than 1 hour and 20 minutes, and they answered bad.It would be an amazing place if they took care of the little details, because the food is generally good.

Was okay... nothing special... alittle over priced and just a low quality of food but stays open late which is a positive I guess would of been nicer if I was steaming hahahaha

Almost an hour past when the restaurant was supposedly delivering my order, and I haven't heard anything. Called 3 times to no avail, Deliveroo sill says they're delivering my order. Don't order from this place at least late at night, they won't follow through.EDIT: 4th call was successful but all I got was a repeat of what Deliveroo told me "on the way". Found out my food was left outside in the cold dead of night with no update on Deliveroo saying it was delivered. Happy I wasn't COMPLETELY scammed but still terrible service, only marginally better than just not delivering my food at all.

I have order twice from here now, both times can never get through to anyone regarding my order. Delivery has not turned up and its nearly 1h 30m Truthfully not gonna use this place again and will not recommend it

One of the best fried chicken available in Bournemouth city. Deliveries are on time and perfect. Always my first choice for grilled chicken burgers.

It's disappointing for me having to do this but I went in to this place ,have always liked the food me, my wife, kids had food that wasn't cooked. So I called up to explain ,the nice kid that works there Answered who the people works with treat him like rubbish yet he's not rubbish he's kind and friendly helpful. I was speaking to him then this nasty rude man took over the phone call ,spoke to me like he didn't Care.That we had had chicken that wasn't cooked. The chips where like rubber and the sweet corn was hard. All I can say is what a waste of money. sad realy.this is the food has been nice.but I can't take that chance in my Opinion I'm never going to eat there or recommend my friends no more. That man who spoke to me. He's was lucky it was over the phone Angry rude aggressive wimp.

This place is fabulous. It’s pocket friendly, halal and tastes great. I would definitely recommend their spicy wings. The chips were just perfect, soft and crunchy at the same time. Good quantity and quality for a great price. Clean area to sit and has few parking spots on the street (max 30 mins stay).

Food was well cooked! 🏾👌🏾 Portion size was perfect! And I eat a lot!!!I enjoyed my meal. My child was a bit sad because the food made him feel sick. He ate too much and didn't want to stop because it was too nice lol.Would recommended go there again!
