Coffee#1 Winton in Bournemouth

Our favourite coffee shop, if there's one in town then it becomes first choice. Reliable coffee and friendly staff at each branch we've visited.

Located on the main road. Good service, nice coffee and tasty cakes. Clean tables and toilet. Can get drinks to take away.

Very disappointed and disgusted with worn furniture and dirty table. The table we were sitting at had food residue in the crevasses. We initially sat in the tub chairs but I didn’t want to touch the arms of the chair as the upholstery was worn and old. The seat was also worn and did not look appealing. All this breeds infection and in the light of allCovid restrictions previously , this is not a place I would recommend but a health hazard and my recommendation would be .. to walk on by.

Such a great relaxed place to meet and chat the same applies to all the branches I have visited. Coffee is good and cakes look amazing

Nice shabby chic, laid back atmosphere, friendly staff nice coffee.

Sadly very disappointed. Seating is at best uncomfortable at worst so scruffy and worn away fake leather covering. The tables had not been cleared and although there were a lot of people on their laptops the staff were not busy. The floor was sticky under our table. Will not return

Wow what an experience of how not to run a customer facing business. 3 staff members working behind the counter and unable to acknowledge me in a que. The clearly over worked staff member was unable to multitask or acknowledge me, whilst the manager just made herself look busy. I enjoyed the 5 mins of awkwardness of waiting to place my order.I even had to ask for the Brazilian roast for my cappuccino meaning I’m up selling my self. It was nice of the sever to barge through my two young daughters today with a tray of two hot tea pots and not even have the courtesy of saying excuse me. Well done I’m really impressed of how you guys run a coffee shop and clearly are not interested in creating raving fans like your Ashley cross counterpart. Keep up the your ethos as I’m sure your making a great profitable business

Great place to sit down and feel the coffee shop vibes and culture, blah blah blah very comfortable coffee is also great, get the caramel latte and piece of cake.

Hot Drinks are 50/50 depending on who makes them one day really nice and another not so much but their Frappes are delicious and they also do them for 90p for children

The Mocha's are awesome but what makes this coffee shop superb is the team, in this particular branch. The past 3 days I have been visiting this coffee shop and the staff have been fantastic, even when it was super hot and busy will make, they made the effort to genuinely greet me and make me feel welcome. I am a coffee addict, and let's just say, this is my new Costa. Only feedback I would suggest is maybe provide the stuff with a industrial fan to keep them cool, it was very hot waiting for my drink to be made, and they must be hotter with the steam. It's really nice and icey chilled in the seating areas.
