Coffee Saloon in Bournemouth

I go into the Westbourne CS at least twice per week and every time the coffee is excellent the staff are friendly and polite. This morning was was no different but reminded me to tell others. Thanks CS team (especially the lady and the baseball cap chap)

I went in to the Westbourne Coffee Saloon today to get a takeaway coffee. I said hello as I entered, and neither of the two staff members greeted me back, and they then went on to ignore me completely, while continuing what they were doing. Not even a “we’ll be with you in a minute.”After 5 minutes of being flat out ignored I got over it and left to get my coffee elsewhere. Shocking service.

Ordered black americano to have outside, coffee arrived in papercup!!!! No ceramic cups available..lame apology..advised that I wouldn't have ordered coffee if I had known..no offer of refund too...coffee wasn't that great either...where has quality and customer service gone here in the UK

One of the best coffee shops in the area.

Chilled atmosphere. By far my favourite coffee shop. Really pleasant helpful staff. However above all, they really know how to make damn fine coffee.

Nice refreshing change from the big coffee chains that plague town centres, coffee tasted fresh and crisp.Layout of store is not ideal as you find yourself queuing in front of the entrance and constantly apologising and moving to allow people through.

Really good coffee (I asked for the latte). In my opinion, it has a nutty taste out of this world. Staff very friendly. I’ll be back.

Friendly and welcoming staff, great music to suit the chilled vibe and great coffee!☕️ The cheese, chutney and tomato 🍅 toastie is an absolute must!!!! As well as the ALT (vegetarians they got you!)😎I do find it a bit pricey but with it being situated in Westbourne, it makes sense. Overall a lovely coffee shop!

Nice place to have a coffee and relax.The coffee is really good. Had a flat white.Dogs are welcome, there's even a jar with treats, and a bowl with water for your furry friends :)

Distinctive tasting coffee is being served hear. Love the flat white and Latte. And their signature Avocado on sourdough toast is a blessing.
