Conto Lounge in Bournemouth

Nice atmosphere, dog friendly, food is good though the chip portion could do with being a little larger. Other than that, no complaints. Would definitely go again.

Fantastic all round, the staff are lovely, the food is always top! And the coffee and especially the hot chocolate in my opinion is the best around and that I have ever experienced, I love the place so much I always tip in their tip tubes, the staff are great the atmosphere is always astounding!, it was the first place that my girlfriend on our first date, and we have visited and have carried on nearly visiting every day ever since the beginning of us meeting and will continue that way, above all this is my most favourite place to be in Winton anytime/day of the week love the place.

Out of all the Lounges I've tried I much prefer this one. Friendly staff and good food. During covid rules they were one of the best for following the rules and more so. Always clean and tidy. Only negative is the acoustics but that can't be helped.

Conto lounge Winton is nice & fairly reliable for a table (without booking).Its massive so there are loads of tables which is great. BUT pretty much every time I've been they say: "we're very busy so there's a wait for the food" (even if they are only half full) 🙄We usually have tapas dishes which are good, although it really bugs me that you get a TON of bread...but NO butter, oil, or vinegar. I'm sure this is the same across the "lounges" chain - so it's not a criticism of the individual restaurant or chef, rather menu decisions higher up...

Large Tapas bar/restaurant. Relaxed friendly environment with a great atmosphere. A good range of diets catered for including vegan and gluten free. Will definitely be back.

I was in Bournemouth for a funeral and having arrived very early, decided to get something to eat.I looked online and having read the reviews of the Conto Lounge, and seeing it wasn’t far away, I decided to go there.I was really impressed by the warm welcome received, and asked if I’d be there before (which I hadn’t), and explained how the menu worked and how to order.What an extensive menu, and more over what a delight to see many people (social distancing) eating there.I opted for the full English, with tea, and was impressed by the service offered and the quality of the food.Staff were really enthusiastic and were genuinely wanting to ensure my experience was a good one. It certainly was!!Living in London, service levels can be mediocre at times, and food way over priced. Conto offers great service and food quality at sensible prices!I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area next time.Although no fault of the owners whatsoever, it can be a bit of a devil to park. Thankfully, after a few attempts I did find a place close by.Well done to everyone, seen and unseen!!

This is an amazing place to come to for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They perfectly cook everything on their menu as I have explored the menu quite a bit and even though it is very big they always provide excellent food. The service is generally very good but sometimes when they are busy it can be quite a delay to get food. That is the only improvement I have for them and if they fix that then they would more than deserve 5 stars

Nice sitting and good selection on the menu. Some good offers too. Had breakfast and looked good. Quality sausage and bacon but the mushroom...no flavour. Nice pot of tea. Excellent service and checked to see everything was okay. Best deal, 3 tapas and wine on a Tuesday. Recommended

The English breakfast muffin came in a brioche bun rather than a white English muffin. The salt and pepper squid were over cooked and just tasted of batter. Staff were friendly and helpful, drinks were nice. I wish the bread with the tapas came with nice salted butter. Honourable mention to the halloumi and sweet corn tapas.

Fun venue to meet friends, and share a meal and a drink. Eclectic decor, and a tasty menu. Food and service have always been great on our many visits.
