Creams in Bournemouth

I was there on Saturday with my family and I got a very nice service from the staffs especially a lady at the till , I think her is Diza, she was smiling all through , I will sure to be back

This morning me and my family went in for something sweet, we ordered waffles and milkshakes. Everything tasted amazing and was perfectly made.However, what was even better than that is the warming welcome that we got by the tall lady who seemed to be in charge. The smile never left her face, and I could clearly see the level of professionalism in the way she took our order and served us.I would like to thank this lady alot for this amazing service, and wish her all the best🤗Thank you Creams

Went in for Mother's Day, and had a wonderful time. The Ice-cream was to die for and the service was awesome. Special shoutout to Deezer (hope I spelt it right!) who had only been there a couple of weeks, she got our order bang on, and was doing a great job.

My nephew’s birthday party was amazing, the place, the staff, the food. I really recommend this place not just for private party, pop in as well and your kids can play in the soft play and u can watch them by a cameras installed for this. Love it

I had the best gelato here , beautiful place, cautious attendants and good customer service.

Rude service from the start, managed to get the order wrong 4 times, probably because she had AirPods in. When the woman serving us finally got the order right she asked what table we were sitting at, strange question when the restaurant was empty.Can’t complain about the food, however all the tables were dirty and staff were even holding a baby behind the counter whilst preparing food.

Amazing place! Lovely staff! We went there for some sweet breakfast and the food is high quality and the ice-cream remembered me the Italian one! Very very satisfied! Will be back fore sure!

Very delicious doughnuts, waffles and cookie dough. I already ordered there multiple times. Always over Deliveroo. The orders arrive always very quickly and securely packed. Ice cream is also never melted. Totally worth to order from there!!!

Just great to be out, somewhere different. Clean, tidy. Friendly staff. Does what it says on the tin. Now I'm going to tuck into my waffle and icecream.

We already visited this place few times. Food was always freshly prepared, very tasty and beautifully presented. When it's very busy you had to wait a while for your food and sometimes desserts are not delivered to a table at the same time. It is a very busy place with loud music and bold decor but desserts are delicious. I really like waffles and my husband likes cookie dough. We will definitely come back to try more desserts.
