A lovely surprise in the heart of Bournemouth very close to the sea front. Warm welcome and very friendly with great meal recommendations. Very tasty. Really enjoyed the evening. Thank you. You should be very proud of what you have achieved here. Compliments to the Chef.

Food excellent with daily specials, staff excellent, atmosphere excellent- guess what? it is fantastic. Take away pizzas are good as well!! Out of 2 weeks we eat here 6 times (in June), and had a takeaway pizza while watching the football! Cannot wait to go back.

Myself and my partner walked past this place on the way into down. Because it was dead we kept walking however we wanted a quiet romantic meal and couldn’t find anywhere in town that could offer this (all very loud music or not the cuisine we fancied) so we decided to walk back only about 5/10 min walk back from town but so glad we did. The food was amazing, service brilliant. This place should be packed every night. We had the most beautiful meal really reasonably priced and would highly recommend coming here. We will definitely return back. Thank you for the best 1st anniversary meal.

I have to say this is easily the best Italian i’ve had! Traveled from Wales for a holiday and passed by this place. The food was amazing and so was the service, couldn’t recommend this place more!

We read some indifferent reviews before. We were staying very close and after a long day decided we would stay local. The food was lovely and the waiter was great.. one criticism was that it could have have been a bit more Italian, though not quite sure how that could be added. Especially as we don’t know their circumstances.

Lively atmosphere and good food. First visit was great. Although busy, we were sorted with food and drinks really quickly. Garlic bread was garlicky and cheesy and had the right amount if crunch. Spaghetti Bolognaise was lovely and good portion size. Tiramisu light, creamy and tasty. All food well presented although they struggled with remembering which table number was which.Second visit not good at all. No-one knew what they were doing only part order came out, we waited and veal was getting cold. Our veg accompaniments went to the wrong table and we had to wait for new. Then tried to be served with someone else's veg and then someone else's main meal. Then bill had 4 deserts charged which were not ours. Someone had few freebies there!Guys get your act together with your table numbers so staff know where to charge meals to and where to take the meals to. Great food but you really need to get this sorted - you are losing money and it's not good for custom.

Left with some very mixed feeling about this place. But unfortunately there are more negatives than positives. The food overall wasn't bad. In particular the tiger prawns were the biggest I've ever seen. The pizza was also rather quite good. The positives end there. To start off with on arrival we've kindly asked for staff to wipe down table from previous customers. The waiter picked up a piece of napkin off the floor and started wiping the table down, he then sent a second waiter to give it a proper wipe down, who then just wiped the patchy bits on the table rather than cleaning the whole thing down. On taking our order the waiter was told to change one of the items that we've changed our mind about. They then brought that unwanted item out, to which we said we didn't want. After we've paid and left ( on this occasion we didn't check the contents of the bill, which we normally do). It later turned out that not only were we still charged for the item they brought out that we didn't order and took back, but they've added a random cocktail to the bill as well that we've also not had. The only thing that I could say that was positive was that I had a request for a slice of cake to be brought of for my daughters birthday, staff were helpful with this request. Ps. Service charge is included in the bill.
