Domino's Pizza in Bournemouth

they’re the only dominos who doesn’t do cheeseburger pizza and unfortunately i can’t pick any other shop to deliver to me. u guys get it all frozen and prepared idk how challenging it is to include something different in your menu? ur not asked to cultivate all the toppings it literally comes all ready.. i happen to move around a lot and I order at different locations from different branches and this is literally the only dominos shop with no cheeseburger pizza option and they never had those orange choc cookies either like no one wants to eat pepperoni pizza for £20 u gotta start doing a little more than bare minimum

Horribly rude people!!! Delivered food to somewhere else and told me I didn’t show to collect it and as it was they’re stupid fault I asked for refund and wouldn’t give money back.. pack of clowns running it and none speak or understand English🤯🤯🤬

Most awful experience with this store. Staff are rude and incompetent. They delivered to the wrong address and insisted they were right in doing so despite me providing evidence. Order was never fulfilled. I called and we went instore to resolve this only to be treated as though we were wrong.

You saves me with delicious pizza after the wing and rib hut around the corner from you, gave me disgusting food. Place looked clean inside. Pizza on the greasy side but tasted nice and fresh. Ham and pepperoni was crispy on top, which is perfect. Garlic bread is a bit sad.

Ordered online and followed my order on their map/tracker. I was told that the food had been delivered, but it never showed up. Ended up waiting for the pizzas for over an hour.They never attempted to call me, and when I contacted them myself I was interrupted several times.The staff were extremely rude and blamed me for the delay, for the reason that I have an international phone number.It does not say on any of their websites that international phone numbers are not valid when ordering.I entered my phone number with the country code on the front and gave them my email, in case they were unsuccessful of reaching me by call.I ended up having to walk to the pizza place and pick up the delivery myself, where I was scolded by the staff and manager for not having a British phone number. On my way out the manager proceeded to explain why it was all my fault.I would definitely not recommend this place. The customer service was non-existent.

Very bad service.I went outside and waited for my delivery to arrive while looking at the Domino’s track site. When the site told me the pizza was ready to get picked up I never received a call and they never tried to contact me in any other way.After waiting for an hour I called them. They started arguing and cutting me off before I managed to say anything else than ‘Hi. I have a request about my order’. After cutting me off 4 times they blamed me for the unsuccessful delivery since I used my international phone number when making my order online (it is nowhere stated that you must use a UK number). The staff was very rude and said that it was weird of me to not have a UK phone number. Then they asked me to come and pick up my order at the store. They never offered me any refund.I was polite when I arrived at the store (big regret). Picked up my order, smiled and said thank you. I did not complain or ask for a refund. No apology from their side whatsoever. On my way out the door the store manager, yet again, tried to explain why they were in the right and I was the one to blame for the faulty delivery.I just smiled and walked back home with two lukewarm pizzas. Never will order again, very unprofessional behaviour.

This may be the worse service I’ve ever had. And its a pizzashop… So rude, blaming the customer, no refunds. Waited outside for an hour after message that it was delivered. No phonecall, no attempt to contact us. We had to WALK down to get it when we ordered delivery. Why go to this pizzashop when you can get so much better service AND good pizza at another place. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

1hr 15 minutes and counting …… calling them they’re not answering the phone….. NEVER Waited this long for a pizza EVER utterly useless ASKED THEM FOR A REFUND THEY TOLD US NO!! The driver has left … we are 1mile away still waiting ….

Extremely rude and aggressive staff. Served pizza late and cold. Refused to resend or refund. Repeatedly hung up phone even though we were politely trying to rectify. Staff are rude and badly trained. DO NOT USE .
