A little part of paradise in westbourne đź’–Welcoming and enjoyableJust a shame on the parking but plenty of carparks

·

Charming little shop serving tea, cakes and a very well considered light lunch selection. I love the option of a tea cup of soup to go with your sandwich for people who don't want to eat too much! You can, of course have a normal bowl of soup if you wish.

We hired the tea room for a friend's surprise baby shower. The food was yummy and the service was excellent. We were allowed to decorate and really make the place our own which was brill.

Called up regarding booking a afternoon tea to be delivered to my sister, in Bournemouth, for a birthday gift. First they quoted me a price different to their website and then advised that they don't deliver, even though their web site has a whole section for delivery ... Was advised I could get it delivered via Deliveroo ... Food may be good but I will never know as this has not inspired confidence in this company so I will go somewhere else

We had private hire today for a baby shower and it was a wonderful afternoon. The ladies were attentive and kind, afternoon tea itself was delicious. No complaints, thank you again!

Not a very welcoming place, I took one of my autistic clients in for a cup of tea or coffee and got turned away just as we walked through the door, when there were seats available. The person serving that day seemed to discriminate against him.

Beautifully presented and allergies catered for. Afternoon teas. Delicious. Pretty , light and airy teashop. Very pleasant staff. Love it here.

·

My friend and I visited your tea room today - the first time since lockdown and we very disappointed with our experience. The cheese scones weren't warm after waiting a while to receive them.We both thought the staff weren't friendly at all.Sorry we will not be coming back to Dot Teas again.

Delicious takeaway afternoon tea during lockdown. Can’t wait to go back to eat in the shop which I believe is having a makeover.
