It is a busy resturant because boscombe people dont have much choices around. But the staff is absolut rude. Not listening to customers. And if you try to order on phone. It is the most difficult part. Dont let you complete what you want to say . They think we dont know how to order on phone. Not at all hygenic. I would say zero in hygeine. I have proof of that. It is the main entrance of the shop. Atleast they could clean the front.

Very disappointed as I ordered chicken and got lamb when I got home. Meat and wrap was cold. Seemed like they were too busy with deliveries that never had time for face to face customer. Never complained before as usually ok here but will think about going back in future

Ordered large chicken & donner kebabs. Arrived very quick. Advised they wouldn't be able to our address again, despite ordering from the website and was able to order. Asked for chilli sauce, kebabs had vegetables chopped which had been prepared in a food processor with fresh chilli, not a sauce. Without a proper sauce the kebab was very dry. Bread was freshly made but was very greasy from the donner meat. There's lots of salad and not much meat. Probably one of the worst kebabs I've eaten.

the food was delicious, meat well cooked and the garlic sauce was good. the bread was promising at first but it becomes too crunchy to put anything in it as soon as it cools down a bit.my main concern was cleanliness of the place based on what I saw in store, they need to be more considerate and careful about it.

Delivery was fast when we ordered.Lamb shish although a little over cooked to our taste was good and plenty to eat in a large wrap.Salad comes with lettuce, cucumber, creamy coleslaw, and green peppers.

Terrible, horrible, I actually feel sick. I only ate it because I was starving. I really believe they have bought reviews because the food except for the baklava. That was good. Was all terrible. For £15 for a wrap chips and baklava. Rip off. I have no idea how they have so many good reviews. Horrible food!

Very dirty food place .I don’t think any of those men sweating & serving customers have any idea about food Hygiene.The servers are picking up meat & all salads with their bare hands & give them to customers.None of them wearing any food glovesNone of staff using tongues to pick up salad.Where is BCP food hygiene people? This kebab shop is a danger to people’s health.

Unprofessional people working there. The service is poor. Some guys looks like they need a shower and a deodorant.We used to eat in here a long time ago when the old guy used to manage it. He was nice and polite but he is no longer there.The food is good though but the service is poor.

Food delivered very quickly.Ordered chicken shish & chips. The food was really hot & tasted fresh. Bread was amazing, not just a packet pitta!!Chicken was lovely but only got 4 pieces with the medium shish.Would have been nice to select what u get in salad online, was a lot of cabbage & a handful of lettuce. Chips were really tasty! Enjoyed food, would order again.

Great food as always. Mixed chicken shish and chicken doner. Husband has lamb doner and chicken shish. 😋😋
