El Murrino in Bournemouth

The best pizza and customer service in town.We are regular customer and this Friday we had the wrong pizza given to us. Upon calling the restaurant and explain the situation, they were happy to rectify this. Not only did they deliver the correct pizza, they send both of the pizza that were originally ordered without accepting the other ones back.Excellent customer service, I definitely recommend this place for the best pizza in town.

Went twice, incredible pizza! Also chicken was halal. The first time we were placed in the back and there was an extremely noisy party next to us. Natalia moved us when possible which was nice. Alana gave excellent service also, very attentive. The pasta was great, the pizza was amazing the first time but slightly less perfect the second but still fantastic. Definitely would return if visiting Bournemouth again.

Whenever I am in town at lunchtime and fancy a Pizza or Pasta I always go here. The quality of the food is great and the the prices are very reasonable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Always a good experience.

This is a review for El Murrino Beach Pop-Up.Staff are inattentive and all aged around 16. I had to get up to get their attention.Drinks are overpriced and average and you have to buy food in order to drink there - an annoyingly unavoidable stipulation of their License.Panini worked but I can make a panini.Overall not a bad spot for a pop-up but there definitely felt like something was missing - more tacky Ibiza than Hawaiian nirvana vibe for me.

Did not dissapoint at all! Pizza was amazing as was the Tiramisu. Never had one with chocolate inside but was very delicious! Service was equally great

My best friend and I tumbled into this restaurant and I'm so glad we did. Initially, we were welcomed as soon as we walked in. Love the fact the kitchen is open plan. Natalia was so attentive and friendly, she knew her menu and offered us the special. The food was hot fresh and tasty as hell with some gorgeous house bread. Prices were reasonable. Thank you Natalia, for the birthday dessert. Amazing place cant wait to go back. Even the male staff came over twice to make sure all is well. True Italian food.

This Italian was everything i hoped for. Staff were very friendly, the pizza and Calzone were exceptional, with a bottle of red included in the fixed price, all made for a great evening 😊

Best pizzas in Bournemouth without a shadow of a doubt. Had twice from here now (delivery) and now I'm actually craving their pizzas. The base is just incredible...sauce is perfect and a decent amount of cheese. I am sold...the BEST pizza in town 100% 👌 kids won't let me go anywhere else now.

Travelled back on the train and needed some food and walked past loads of restaurants before looking inside and thought yep would love an authentic pizza instead of a high street chain fast food meal. Well gotta say I hit the jackpotWow this was the business.Literally the best pizza I have every had. I madeMy own and when I asked for some sausage on it they had a house special that was amazing -I smiled when I asked an Italian if they had pineapple for a pizza and all I got back was a smirk haha so not sure why the Italians don’t like pineapple on pizza but I’m well aware they don’tAnyway - I was on my own this time just passing through but will be coming back with friends and familyThey seem popular and good shout if you like a realPizza
