Good ol' burger, tasty as it gets. Cajun fries and fresh jalapenos!

Great burgers, cheerful staff. Order the small portion of chips as medium is more than enough and then some. I particularly enjoyed the reeses milk shake.A little more expensive than McDonalds etc but so worth it.

I've never been in one of these before.First impressions were that it was clean & tidy.The staff were very friendly.I just wanted to try their expensive but supposedly great milkshakes. 2 of them cost £11 but were very nice.

My husband loves the burger. I wish they did a gluten free/ dairy free option. The chips are nice. Staff have always been really great! Only down side is just how loud the music is I couldn't hear the staff and they couldn't hear me

Super helpful, patient and cheerful staff.Great food if you're into smash burgers and customisation. Milkshakes are pretty much too good to finish as they are so rich and creamy.Clean modern interior, great location.Don't order bigger then a small fries unless you're sharing.

Only marginally better than McDonald's as far as the quality of the food is concerned, personally I like McDonald's but when paying upwards of £25 for x2 Cheeseburgers and fries and x1 drink I was expecting a lot more. There is no table service, you order your food at the counter and when it's ready another member of staff will place your order in a brown paper bag and shout out your order number for you to collect. Customer service virtually non-existent, staff don't seem to care or seem that invested in what their doing. Basically there are plenty of other establishments where you get better food, service,and for a lot less money. A thoroughly depressing experience overall.

So glad that Bournemouth had a five guys... There milk shakes are insane... Even bacon flavour which is odd but grows on yer

My experience was a good surprise to me, I wasn’t expecting much as I’ve never really liked the idea of how much Five Guys was but I must say it is well worth the money. The burger I had was brilliant, packed with taste and with the extra toppings of my choice for free was amazing. If you go here don’t be worried about the price and always get the small fries because they always put more in anyways and end up with a size that’s close to large anyways.
