Little gem of a tearoom, which is worth seeking out. Staff super friendly and went out of the way to add to our family celebration. Fabulous afternoon tea too, highly recommend.

Cute tearoom! Had a lovely afternoon tea with delicious scones and cakes. Staff were incredibly friendly as well and able to make adjustments for vegetarian selection of sandwiches with the perfect fillings. Would definetely visit again if in Bournemouth

We visited today for Mother's Day and were very impressed with the Afternoon Tea and atmosphere. Will definitely be back to sample other delicacies. Thanks Frieda.

What an awesome place 💗 I live in Bournemouth but I didn't kniw about it until today and I'm absolutely in love!Nice, cosy atmosphere, pretty decor, lovely service and good coffeeI'll definitely come back soon xx

I originally thought I had come somewhere that would provide an upmarket afternoon tea experience(at least for the price!), much like the Langtry Manor. I immediately felt something was off when I was greeted by a grumpy green-haired woman who didn't have the usual veneer of professionalism and politeness that service staff normally have at cafes and restaurants. The 2 scones i paid 6.50 for were equal in quality to what you could buy in the Co-op and I still had to cut and put the jam on myself, basically the same user experience, but for 3x the price.I coudn't even get a bag as it ''wouldn't fit''.£6.50 well spent.Save your money and get a massive bibimbap from the Korean place in Winton for the same price.

Pleasant surroundings, surprisingly large when entering off the street. Just off the main road & too easy to miss. A great place to meet up with friends, a good range of coffee and other drinks. Gorgeous cakes & they don't sclmp on the size of portions. Not sure what other foods they serve, definitely a place to return to. Warm and friendly staff, and will accept both cash and cards. In a word, excellent.

What a great place I can highly recommend! We came for my boyfriends birthday breakfast and it was amazing.Great selection of breakfast, brunch and more - and the mocha was the best I ever had!And you could see so much love being put in the interior design. When they realised it was my boyfriends birthday and another customer next to us had his birthday as well, they came up with a cake for the two of them - thank you so much for that!

Amazing 💕 The sandwiches were delicious, tasted very fresh. Perfect warm scones. Super soft, fluffy cakes😍 Strawberry milkshake also super delicious. It's such a pretty venue. We did just walk in but it was early, just as we were finishing up someone walked and was told there were no tables but they could get take away, some tables did have reserved on them so I'm guessing the get booked up in the afternoons. We will definitely be going back to try more of their menu. The team working were very friendly and accommodating.

I was so hungry when we arrived I completely forgot to take a picture of the breakfast before I started it. It was very oily (see the pictures attached). The bread was soaked in margarine so I ate the edges only. The baked beans were really mushy. It wasn't value for money as we spent over £40 for two oily English breakfast and coffees. I wouldn't expect to pay more than £5 each breakfast as it was such a greasy cafe breakfast instead of a high quality boutique breakfast. I would not recommend to go here.

The staff were very nice and understanding with my dietary needs . We had afternoon tea here and it was amazing. Defo a must visit
