Had a takeaway last night first time in a long while . Maybe being a Sunday they ran out of food ... sweet and sour chicken balls 6..... chef special curry few bits of meat mostly onions ... although tasted nice ... egg fried rice carton half full ... ribs 4 no meat .. Still hungry £22.00 spent . Was between 2 but potions way smaller than normalter eating

We have been ordering food from Hong Kong kitchen for around 17 years. (Were based in Kimberly Road before where they are now). Food always great, have never had an issue or bad meal or bad experience in all that Time. big portions. Very friendly people. Will never order from anyone else. Thank you J and M for all your lovely food over the years.

very rude customer service, I was laughed at down the phone when ringing to find out where my order was after 1hr40 mins waiting and advised to contact just-eat, who had to cancel my order and gave a full refund, won't be going back again, shame as heard such great feedback from others.

It's a shame I'm having to put a lower review as the food is lovely but the last 3 times we have ordered, they have got it wrong. Although correcting the order, they get very defensive on the phone and try and make you collect it when you've ordered delivery, they have also charged an extra delivery fee on one occasion.Shame, we've made this our regular place but I'm a firm believer, if someone messes up, you apologise and do what you can to put it right.

1st time we have tried this place after being recommended to us , and was not disappointed. Beautiful food and big portions, the Thai king prawn curry was delicious as was everything else we ordered. Highly recommend this place and spot on with the timing of 20 minutes. Shall be returning

Food is gorgeous, lovely portion sizes and full of flavour! Absolutely loved it! Will definitely be ordering from here again next time.

Friendly and efficient on the phone, timed perfect was told 15 mins and was ready in 15 mins. Open kitchen where you can see the chef's at work - very hygienic and all Covid measures in place. Had a crispy duck and special fried rice. Generous portion sizes, no MSG and very tasty and hot. Worth the drive from Hengistbury Head. A1+

ive used this takeaway for along time now but today i phone up to order a delivery and am told the charge is goin to be 3.00 now because i live on a one way road, yes i know i,ve always lived on a one way road and your leaflet clearly states any delivery over 3miles will cost a pound which of cause i dont mind paying but now they have decided i will have to pay 3.00 for a delivery i was goin to order quite a large order but i wont be now neither will i ever be using again, think i will give trading standards a ring on this because like i said it clearly states on their menu any deliveries over 3 miles one pound !!!!! its the principle and obvioulsy no customer service for loyal customers which we were

I love their food!! Never had a bad dish yet and after a lifetime of eating questionable Chinese cuisine, I consider my search for a great Asian takeaway is over.Not the cheapest but I don't want the cheapest. When it comes to food, the cheapest is rarely the best. In fact, often times the cheapest food is made from the cheapest ingredients, and the cheapest ingredients are even less likely to produce a delicious dish. Also I think that most people cannot be sure of the skill level of the most important ingredient of them all - the cook.Rest assured, these guys are great. They have an incredible menu including Thai and Chinese and I hope to try them all one day, if I can!My recommendation is completely freely and honestly given and I am more than happy to compliment skill when applied with such delicious results.Ps. The portion sizes are generous and the prices are what I consider completely reasonable, especially considering I am on a very limited income and always try to get get good value for money...Enjoy!!
