Jammin Jerk Hut in Bournemouth

Went for some early doors drinks and dropped by here for some authentic soul food on recommendation, it didn't disappoint, my partner said the Goat Curry was some of the best she'd eaten and there are plenty of super tasty fish and vegan options, they are only open for five hours a day and even shut at 9.00pm on weekends, because when it's gone .... it's gone ! We'll Definitely be back.

THIS PLACE is insane! It’s proper fresh home cooked food and is my go to when I need some soul food! I do not have one bad thing to say about this place! Eating in is a nice up beat vibe and deliveries are perfect! It’s worth the money for the traditional dishes! Always get two portions out of one!Being from London and needing some proper food this place is the best! Give it a go! No place like this in Bournemouth. Xx

Absolutely loved the jerk wings. It was a great amount for a great price! They are only open four days a week for like four and a half hours each day they're open!

All i can say is my holiday is complete. After going many places to eat this is no1 on my list now. Food made with love. Thank you so much :)

My partner and I were very pleased to find this place. Goat tender and well seasoned. Good vegan options. Unique and tasty bake/festivals. Great service. Great music. Good value for money. If you love Caribbean food like we do - this is the one for you.

Was in the area with my daughter and was looking for a steak house. I asked the owner who was setting up outside before they opened if they had Steak on the menu for my daughter. He replied no it's not on the menu but he could make one for her. I ordered the goat curry with dumplings and a rum cocktail and steak and chips with fruit juice. When the meals came out I was shocked at how big and perfectly cooked the steak was and the chunky chips were amazing. My goat curry was awesome and the dumplings were a great recommendation. I thanked the owner for our food and told him it was delicious. I am definitely going to take more of my family to this great little restaurant in the future.

first let me say we tried to call to place a order but couldn't get through so we decided to go anyway on our arrival much to our suprise they happened to be celebrateing there 5th year anniversary. I must say we had a great time the food was good the service was good and the music and entertainment just toped it off nicely JAMMING JERK HUT is a place I would recommend if you are in Bournemouth. we can't wait to go back in the summer. oh and big ups to AFRO TALLAWAH (live band) SMALL AUX sound system, DJ John and the host of the night MC ENGLISH.

I personally loved the food and the decor! I have the chicken jerk with rice and peas! My partner had the chicken curry which she said the chicken was grisly and cheap which is a shame as the curry itself tastes beaut! The biggest thing that let this place down was the young girl bringing over the food and clearing the plates, she had such a miserable look on her for the whole evening.

Great food, seriously, five of us just went and everything we had was fantastic - we're definitely going back. The only downside was the lack of a card machine but that faff was well worth it - easily the best caribbean food I've had outside of London or Birmingham.

Great Caribbean food. Decent prices. Small to medium portions but good value for money.cocktails a bit disappointing but tasty food makes up for it.
