Kaspa’s Desserts in Bournemouth

The customer service was pretty dreadful. We entered to a very muted hello. We were then lead to our seat in silence by a grumpy member of the team which was in the corner away from civilization. As we were seated, we assumed our order would be taken at the table (because there was zero communication). After 5 minutes waiting no one came to take our order so I went to the counter. 10 minutes later our order came back wrong even though we only ordered 2 things. When the correct order was brought over it was almost thrown onto our table. No apology was made. A real shame because the food was nice. We won't be returning.

Amazing place, we have been coming here lots recently and the staff are always lovely, portions are massive! Clean place and brilliant for all ages, we love it here 🙌 😀Also have clean toilets and baby change.

A lovely place with great food and friendly staff. It's a great location for big groups and parties or to just go with your family, friends or partner

Fantastic waffles - not very busy when we visited - early evening. I needed to go to the loo whilst there and one if the staff showed me the way and opened the disabled loo for me - basically above and beyond.

food is nice but the staff seem to be very young or have a language barrier, everyone seems to be working hard yet food isnt coming out fast, its unclear whether you should wait to be seated, whether its table service or not. I recently popped in to get two simple 'Mr Whippy' type ice creams for my children and had great difficulty getting the chap behind the counter to understand

Service awful, staff just ignore you when you walk in and look at you like you're something they have just stepped in! Terribly long waits for anything at all - even just the slushy type drinks. Extortionate prices, but if you love ice cream, waffles etc then it's begrudgingly worth it.

Nice environment and the waffles and ice cream tasted really nice. Real quality ingredients and the team do an amazing job. It's always clean and tidy and although the outside ambience is not great because of the bus station, it's nice inside.

Fantastic food and very well priced considering the big portion sizes!!Only thing is the service was a little slow. I had almost finished my food before the other items got to the table.Definitely will visit again.

A nice place to rest your weary feet after walking around Poole. I had a lovely milkshake whilst my daughter enjoyed some ice cream. I'm hoping that they add diabetic friendly items to the menu in the near future!
