KFC - Kentucky Friend Chicken in Bournemouth

I am actually fuming and I need to right to head office. I purchased 2 meals one for me one for my wife. It was raining walked/ ran back to the car. Because KFC have now decided to give these flimsy excuse for a brown bag (weaker than the original bags, with no branding) the bag got wet and food fell out before I got the car.... which was not that far. Not impressed

The finest kfc establishment I have seen with sizeable upstairs seating area.The gravy was too watery we stayed in but instead of putting it onto a tray they put it in a bag after sitting I noticed there were no forks in the bag and had to return downstairs apart from that everything was good.

As a costumer the food is ok, not the best but just average. As a former employee i would say it is the worst place to work. The management is extremely poor with bad communication and very rude to employees. Posting this now as one of the former employee who also had a bad experience talked about it and asked me to share my experience.

Same as any other KFC, fast service, convenient, tastes good, just not healthy

Happy new year! Thanks for the beans which I did not order, which were spilled all inside the paper bag; all over my food. Oh and my backpack which the bag was in! Thanks a lot guys, not the first time i've had a packaging related problem from this KFC.

When 90% of your work is to read a ticket and put the corresponding food in a bag and you dramatically get it wrong, you truly need to start questioning your purpose in life. I would say to find a job more suited your skill set but one does not exist that simple. So maybe I can suggest some out of work training. To recommend something closer to your intelligent I would advise you look for the boxes in a toy store labelled 3 +.

Probably the worst chicken I've had in a long time. Ordered chicken pieces and asked for 2 thighs and a drumstick. Received two thighs and one was the half size of the regular size. Chicken was lukewarm, not cold but almost. Tried ringing but no one was answering the phone. Caleslaw size was literally less than a half tub!

Truly Awful.I made the mistake of visiting this KFC with my family. It wasn't busy, despite this we had to wait about five minutes standing at the tills waiting for our standard order. The staff were ill mannered and uninterested. We then had to play "hunt the clean table" since most of the tables were left covered in food and debris and none of them were cleaned for the entire time we were in the place. The food was OK but not good. They gave us four cups but only two plates & wipes. So, I would suggest you avoid this dingy end of the KFC spectrum if you can.
