Ludo Lounge in Bournemouth

We went there as a family for our granddaughter's birthday. Great atmosphere, very helpful staff and the food was fantastic. The menu was very varied and, for a first timer, it was difficult to choose what to have. We will definitely be back.

I only had a pot of tea, as I'm trying not to drink alcohol at the moment. I don't think the tea bag was premium, it was a bit insipid, even after leaving it to stand. That saying, the ambience was good and very important to me, the toilets were clean.

I feel a bit odd leaving a review for a place I only had a coffee in. But I wished I'd have been able to get some food because it looked lovely.The place was buzzing with people on a Sunday afternoon and the atmosphere was really vibrant. I loved the miss match style of the place. Give me an independent over a Costa any day of the week.The staff I had interaction with were friendly dispite being rushed off their feet.Only really leaving a 5th star off because I didn't actually eat there so can't judge on how good the food actually was.

I haven't been to the Ludo lounge for a few years but it was good to go back and grab some lunch. Great to see the venue nice and busy, staff friendly and solid service. Food was good, reasonably priced, well presented and arrived quickly which is always appreciated with young children. Looking forward to going back.

You know what you're getting and you know it will be of a guaranteed standard and reasonably priced. The only thing that varies with the chain is the building. This is a pleasant comfortable airy nicely lit one. The other plus is it's on the doorstep and parking is free unlike Christchurch and its £2 parking.

Really great for babies and breastfeeding friendly. Always recommend meeting other mum friends here

Great food and service, and even better its dog friendly, so you can have a cracking brunch and even take the dog, well worth a visit.

I had the vegan BLT with fries which was delicious. I asked if they had any vegan mayo for my fries (don’t judge!) and the guy came back with some delicious vegan garlic Mayo. Fantastic service and lovely atmosphere in there, with lots of vegan options on the menu.

Enjoyed our meals here, didn't book in advance just queued at the door for about 4 or 5 minutes (it's was Friday night in August). Food was good, the NYC burger was really delicious. There's an notice on the tables showing you how to download the app so you can order directly using your phone (If you have food allergies or app issues you can order at the bar). Interesting interior decorations and lighting which we liked. If you want science lessons try foxteach.com. There is a roof terrace (see photos) although strangely whilst the interior was v. busy the RT was quite empty....maybe perhaps because smoking seems to be allowed and who wants to eat and passively smoke.... I mention this smoking thing because when I went to look at the roof terrace a lady was leaving and she was complaining to the man she was with that it was smokey. Anyway, I've gone off task, it's a really good place and we were happy to have eaten and drunk here nice staff, nice food and drink, try the Punk IPA. Enjoy.

We’ve never been disappointed with our food experience here after numerous visits. Atmosphere is very good, the music and surroundings always make me feel relaxed. The staff know what they are doing. Tried many of their lunches and breakfasts both vegetarian and meat. Beyond meat burger is a must. I love their veggie burrito. I also had a Cherry Bakewell cocktail and loved it. Everything is made so well and is modern and healthy.
