Marks and Spencer's Cafe in Bournemouth

Very kind staff here, who make excellent coffee. The M&S cafe coffee is always very good here, I think this has to be one of my favourite cafes to go.Great interior seating with lots of natural light with the large windows, lots of space to sit, I’ve never been unable to get a seat here. The food here is very delicious, especially the parterres and cakes.

Very clean and tidy. Great service.

Always get a good cup of coffee with a good choice of lovely treats to eat. When shopping in M and S a visit is well worth it.

Very limited range of food if you are GF like me, basically it was a scone or a scone!!! (and that was pretty claggy). Drinks were good and so was the service, if you can eat normal foods there is a good selection of cakes, sandwiches and meals.

Food and drink at the Castlepoint store's cafe are up to the usual M&S good quality standard. However, avoid midday as it gets extremely busy (and noisy) and has all the charm of a factory canteen at lunchtime. Service at the tills can be dreadfully slow at busy times with, it appears, just one person per till taking customer orders, handling the payments and making the hot drinks.

M&S cafe simply wonderful, excellent toasties, great coffee, served with a smile 😃

Lovely cafe. Nice view. Lovely food. The staff are away friendly and it's clean and tidy. Can be a little M&S bland.
