Mcdonald's Restaurants in Bournemouth

Always chaotic and often long waits for your order. Disorganised system where delivery drivers and customers are all trying to get their order from one tiny section of counter. Not really a great experience If i'm honest, can't say I have ever had a stress free meal from here due to the atmosphere

As you'd expect. As most places are, very little customer contact. Order via the touch screens wait number called. "17" is the only real acknowledgment of being there.Food fine. Only the lady who was clearing the tables actually said "Good morning"

Absolutely beautiful experience. The limited edition chicken big mac was a gastronomic sensation.

Was very busy.. school holiday. Query for ordering food very long out of door. Food took 20 mins. Only went because grandson wanted Mcdonald. Nice cup of tea . Not many staff. No one wiping tables between customers. They seem to be doing the delivery first before eating in food.

Lady cleaning up was very attentive as she noticed I had no serviette as they had run out at the dispenser and brought me some. Otherwise Mcdonald is consistent throughout the country.

Just received and big Mac meal, I order sprite free with it and got carbonated water, least I got ice, well done, can't phone to let then know they've run out of syrup lol. You get what you pay for, run by children who don't care.

Very slow service. Two stars because it's understandable as they have to serve loads of Uber eats and Deliveroo orders at the same time. The ginger guy at the front was 100% amazing

Surprisingly cool young hard working people here.The queues were madness which reached way outside from the store. But, within 10/15 minutes they served them almost all. I requested something just before receiving my food which handled by the supervisor instantly.Really impressed. 👌👌

Fantastic store. They had great safety procedures in place and really good staff. Food came out fresh and delicious and we were even greeted on the way out. Very nice.

As always McDonald's is on top with their poor service and food. I went to use of of their vouchers to get a simple sausage egg muffin for £1.99 I ended spending £5 because I wanted a large Toffee Latte and hash brown so the assistant manager not only charged me the extra on top which I knew I would have to pay a little something but I ended up paying £3 more for the large Toffee Latte and one hash brown, while it would of been a £1 cheaper to just get a standard order lol I told her this and why the charge plus she also charged me 80p more for the cream on top of the coffee which I didn't know that they charge for? I question this she said that there was always a charge, to be honest it took them 3 minutes to come to me to take my order, I wanted to cancel it get the voucher back and re-order my breakfast but she said the order has been place and it was too late to cancel plus my meal was already waiting for me. But then again just like KFC, Burger King all meals are precooked and re-heated ready to go! I get this.As you can see from the pics below, the sausage egg muffin was dry and cold, I only leave three minutes walk if that from McDonald's so the food shouldn't be that cold?! My Toffee Latte wasn't a Toffee Latte there was no cream no sauce it was a cold standard latte. Instead of saving money I paid more then the average price for a lovely cold dried out McDonald's breakfast paid more for a coffee which I didn't order unless they believed that Toffee Latte is just a Latte at least they could of added the 80p cream I paid for on top LMFAO, incompetent service from the great McDonald's... Keep up the good work. I know everyone that work in these paces hate it and see it as just a job, don't get me wrong I get that and I'm the same with mine but I do my job to the best as I can.
