Nando's in Bournemouth

Tuesday 8 February my boyfriend and I ordered food here in the evening, I got 4 boneless chicken thighs with broccoli and chips. 4 hours later now and I’ve just thrown up the chicken alone. I’ve not eaten anything throughout the day containing chicken so it’s only this. I went out on Saturday in London with my sisters and got the same thing but did not throw up. Safe to say I got dodgy food, not happy.

Waited ages to get in. They said they were short staffed and only opened part of the restaurant. Very frustrating seeing all the empty tables when essentially it's a self service restaurant. Alot of staff visible standing around looking after 6 tables.Food was its normal good standard. Love the vegetarian options.

Was fine but nothing special. Piri piri chicken came with a lot of fries. Service good and could order at counter as didn't want yet another restaurant app on my phone.

Excellent food, good value. Clearly popular (we had a brief wait to be seated due to the number of customers) but made to feel very welcome and we were not rushed once we'd sat down. Food was brought out quickly and was delicious. We will be back!

Nice but busy, had to wait 25 minutes for a seat. Ran out of house red wine even though we asked which ones do they have. Manager should keep an eye on stocks rather than forcing customers to buy expensive option as only option. Food was as ordered. Shame about the wine

Nice restaurant with outdoor balcony seating - great for the summer. Plenty of servers working and all very helpful and friendly. Food is so tasty - love the hummus and hot sauce with pita breads. Nando’s is the same as any other Nando’s; however, it’s the staff that make the difference on if you would recommend or not - I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

I had the 10piece chicken wings with regular sides of chips and coleslaw. It was very filling and I liked that I could take the rest away as I was unable to finish the large feast. Also, they do a bottomless cup offer on their Coca-Cola drinks and this is very nice too. They had many yummy looking options to choose from and that is a plus too. My friend had a burger with one reg side of fries and she enjoyed her meal thoroughly too. If you like your wings spicy, then I suggest you go for the hot and above option and the medium option I chose wasn’t spicy at all to me. The pricing was quite decent and their staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good experience.
