Nando's in Bournemouth

Very Poor Home delivery.Chicken thighs were not cooked properly.The chicken and the rice were cold.The fries never turned up but Deliveroo did refund me £3. I won’t use Deliveroo or Nando’s again

Food wasn’t the best, portions were very unfair when it came to sides. But I did want to mention that the host, think her name was Lory? (short, blonde) aside from being and absolute stunner was helpful, welcoming and is really good at her job.Front of house staff were 10 out of 10, managers and Nandocas aside friendly and polite, but dropped a few stars for the quality of food.

had a bad experience about the chicken wings here. look at it. one thing it needs ketchup to normalise its flavour. too much over grilled. bitter over all. ketchup were all similar. acidic. it would be wonderful if improve the chicken wings marinated and skill in grilling.

Delicious food, quick service and friendly, attentive staff, only marked down as I tripped on a piece of metal that was supposed to bolt the seat to the floor. I was lucky I stumbled and just have a sore toe but someone could've really hurt themselves. Needs fixing before someone does.

Great, but even thought there were plenty of tables inside they said we had to wait an hour, we ended asking to sit outside. The food took a long time to arrive.

Went here late with a big group of friends and they were very accommodating finding us a nice place to sit together. The food was solid Nandos also and came quickly! Nice location central in Bournemouth.

For a busy Friday bank holiday, the wait wasnt too long. Great customer service, even with such small premises, food came out quickly ( for 5 of us also) and was well cooked and fresh, very pleasant vibe and there was regular check backs. All round clean, tiles were a bit dirty but with team and customers walking all over it I completely understand why this cant be cleaned mid service during peak times. Will definitely return in the near future

Me and my 2 kids came to Nando’s Really welcoming friendly staff. Tiago and his team were amazing. Food was on point. Best Nando’s I’ve ever had. Will definitely be coming back x

Nice restaurant with outdoor balcony seating - great for the summer. Plenty of servers working and all very helpful and friendly. Food is so tasty - love the hummus and hot sauce with pita breads. Nando’s is the same as any other Nando’s; however, it’s the staff that make the difference on if you would recommend or not - I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

I had the 10piece chicken wings with regular sides of chips and coleslaw. It was very filling and I liked that I could take the rest away as I was unable to finish the large feast. Also, they do a bottomless cup offer on their Coca-Cola drinks and this is very nice too. They had many yummy looking options to choose from and that is a plus too. My friend had a burger with one reg side of fries and she enjoyed her meal thoroughly too. If you like your wings spicy, then I suggest you go for the hot and above option and the medium option I chose wasn’t spicy at all to me. The pricing was quite decent and their staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good experience.
