Papa Johns in Bournemouth

I have ordered from this specific Papa John's for 5 years since arriving here as a student up to now. I have arranged them to make vast quantities of pizzas for parties which they have done so perfectly. I have collectively ordered well over 150 pizzas with this branch.Good solid ingredients and I love that they over vegan and low gluten options. Delivery is always very fast especially during peak hours.Recently the website made an error during payment (which I'm told is being rectified) and then when I made the order over the phone I forgot to make the order vegan. When I called, the staff member on the phone was incredibly helpful and rectified everything and sent over a free pizza and ice-cream. I really appreciate that kind of customer service and will continue ordering from this location for many years to come. Thankyou

I ordered a BBQ pizza and was delivered a pizza with NO barbecue sauce AT ALL, just plain chicken on a margarita base. I was offered a replacement but not for tonight when they have a 50% off anyway... Absolutely disappointed.

One of the best pizzas I've had the staff on shift this evening were really friendly and my pizza came out perfect. Can not fault the service from start to finish. Will be returning.

Great friendly service wether it's by delivery drivers or ordering in store. Papa John's hits that pizza spot every time!! Highly recommended!!

Ordered on the website at 7:45pm for delivery. Still waiting after an hour and attempted 8 calls and no answer! Hence drove to the restaurant after waiting for another 45mins to see what’s going on. Arrived at the restaurant and was told pizza being prepared. Fine so after 1hr 45mins I brought that home. Opened it and the Pizza wasn’t even cut!!!!

Ordered a pizza was delivered cold and tastes bland and wasn’t tasting good. I called to tell them that it doesn’t taste well and we almost finished the pizza as we don’t have a kitchen.Worst customer service as person on phone was citing some clauses as I was giving the feedback.Dear Papa, not everyone calls back for a refund or re delivery of pizza some do call for genuine feedback too.Sorry for your arrogance you lost a customer and we know you don’t care!Congratulations!

Zero stars deserved. I put in an order at 12.10am ish when they are open until 1am, via just est. Just eat said waiting for confirmation. at 12.35am I still had no change, so I rang papa John's holdenhurst road directly. the woman who answered assured me they knew of my order and that they had an issue with their "just est machine", I confirmed my address was the one she was speaking about and she said yes and that it was on it's way. At 12.55am I tried ringing as I still hadn't received my order (considering I live less than a 10 minute car journey away), and they closed soon at 1am. No answer from the restaurant, and I go back to jist est and my order was cancelled. Which means the restaurant lied to me. This awful customer service has left me without a meal, dealing with waiting on just est to refund, and burnt on the franchise brand. It is unlikely I will ever buy from Papa John's again.

Had a bad pizza the other day and was told that it would be replaced next time I wanted one with a bottle of Pepsi for free. Fine was first bad one I’ve ever had.Called today to get my free pizza to be met by a jobs worth who told me basically there was no notes ???Basically told me I’m lying 🤥 about £10 pizza.I will never order from you again for the sake of a free pizza that I was promised.Cause and effectNot very smart. 😂

Let me start saying that the people working there are rude with no customer service. The guy at the counter was chatting-hitting with another customer ( a young lady) while taking my order. I had to tell him twice every pizza I wanted.Pizza were tasteless and smelled bad, in-fact I felt sick after eating them.Useless to say o won’t go there anymore.

Awful customer service!! My fiancé placed an order last week online asking for no cheese on one of the pizzas. The pizza arrived with cheese. When she called the store to complain she was told that we would not get a refund or replacement as we had not called to verify the order. What's the point in having an online service if you have to call anyway. Head office were just as useless. Such a bad attitude for such a well established company! It was the one time I have diverted from Domino's and I never will again! Ps, your poor excuse for garlic dip is disgusting, more like garlic butter. Long live Domino's!!!!!!!!
