Pepe's Piri Piri in Bournemouth

Very poor consistency. It was strange we ordered 6 lamb burgers (all the same). Yet every single one had a different size . There were tiny ones there less than half the size of the bun and the some were burnt but thick so tasted like rubber . Food was not nice or worth it for that matter. We waited over 40 mins just to see everyone being served before us. When we asked the Staff , they told us it was our fault for thinking our order would be the same as the menu. What should we look at then? Overall terrible experience, I advise to look at the others down the road.

Make sure to ask about their portion sizes they are serving tiny burnt lamb burgers for the same price as a large chicken burger, their customer service was very poor they did not have any helpful answers when we asked, they said we need to wait 40minutes if we ordered their mega whole chicken meal but served the rest of the customers with chicken without a problem straight away.Very dissapointed!

The customer service was appalling. We wanted to order 2 mega platters they said wait 40 minutes then they said to us that there is not any chicken in the menu available but they served other customers fine just because they had smaller portions. Only thing I could order is burgers which were small and plain. It was a scam. Why print a menu when you can't stick to it, They should have been consistent to treat customers fairly. They were laughing and saying what makes you think the burger would be the same as the menu.We have been to other branches we got what it says on the menu.

Portion sizes for lamb is way to small, and even the kids wasn’t full from it, they sell the chicken burger for the same price but the lamb is to small. And the workers didn’t attempt to help us order

I would not recommend this restaurant for several reasons. First, the customer service was terrible; second, the wait time was excessive; and third, the burgers that were ordered were burned. The burger portions were a joke; some were small, while others were larger than others; it was just horrible, and I will not be returning. If you're visiting Bournemouth, please stay away. There's no point in coming here if they won't even listen to you.

I do like this place, the food (especially the chips) I got was nice and my vegetarian friends said the veggie burger was nice but said veggie mate waited 40 mins for her burger but mine which I ordered half an hour later came in 5 minutes? Idm though. Liked the chips but there is a need for breaded chicken strips on the menu, it's all like non breaded chicken and comes drenched in a pool of your chosen sauce. It was good! Reasonable prices too and love love love how late they open plus friendly staff. 😊

Appalling food and service. I was staying at the Travelodge and placed a large order. Everything that came was disgusting. The sauce from the half chicken had leaked all over the bag, even the receipt had grease and sauce on it, and the half chicken was burned. The full chicken I ordered wasn't touched as it looked disgusting like the sauce had gone off and had been put on it as an afterthought. Both chicken XL burgers were pink and undercooked. The burrito was cold and barely had any rice in it. The 2 quesadillas I ordered were also cold and flavourless. All the fries were burned and oily. And the garlic sauce seemed watered down when compared to other Pepe's I've had at different locations. I tried to call the restaurant many times in vain as the phone just went straight to answerphone. Disgusting food and disgusting service. Photos don't even do justice to what atrocities me and my family were served.

The restaurant serves very tasty food, I go to it every weekend, my favorite food is chicken rice

That was my second time there. Chicken is amazing..the best ever. I would go back again definitely.
