Pier Point Restaurant in Bournemouth

Full of potential but slow on delivery, please have more than 1 cooked item available which is gluten free. A choice of breakfast, or chips was quite sad.The service was lacking. I'm not sure if they were understaffed that particular day, but eventually we went and collected our own drinks from the bar counter after seeing them sit there for over ten minutes.The food ordered was good and the portion sizes were great.

Breakfast - fantastic service, great food, really efficient, they even brought over some colouring books for my little one.Sadly went back at 3pm for late lunch, it was very busy and clearly there wasn't enough staff to cope with the demand. We waited 45 minutes at a table and couldn't even get served for a drink so ended up just leaving.

Had a little nibble with friend. The waitress was really friendly and help us choose cocktails. They do 2 for 1 cocktail after 3pm everyday, so make sure you grab them before it ends!

Really welcoming cafe at the end of the pier! Nice food and large portions and of course the view along the whole of the Bournemouth coast. Not the cheapest, but considering the location it's OK.

A wonderful restaurant to relax located on the pier with a view of the sea and the beach. Very good food and service plus wonderful evenings with live music.

Great views from the inside and out. Gluten-free options clearly makes on the menu including a full English with GF sausages that were delicious

Amazing sharing fish platter, only £38. Excellent price too. Staff smiling and very friendly. Turn your table card to green meaning you need a drink ,within 10 seconds you are served.

We recently had our wedding at Key West, and it was absolutely incredible!! The team were amazing all day and didn't miss a single detail, the food was delicious (we've had so many compliments from our guests on all of the 3 courses we chose) and the venue was just beautiful. In the lead up to our big day, the entire team went over and above to help us prepare - nothing was too much trouble, and they worked well into the night the day before the wedding to make sure everything was set up perfectly for us. They made sure we could enjoy every second of the day, and didn't have to worry about a single detail.Thank you so much Key West for helping us have the wedding of our dreams - would recommend this venue to anyone! - even if you are not getting married, the views are unbeatable, the food is delicious and the service is excellent. Oh and the cocktails!! 2 for 1!

Our visit to the Key West Bar & Grill on the Bournemouth Pier was lovely. We sat closer to the windows and was able to look out to the sea. The staff were so lovely and friendly. The restaurant was super busy as we visited during the peak time and there was a 45 minute waiting time on the food. It was worth the wait because their special fish and chips was mouthwatering. We also had their Pier Breeze mocktail, a cappuccino and the Chocolate and Vanilla Sundae. I woould strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting the pier.

LOVED the 2 for 1 cocktails, they were delicious!! We stayed for a few hours and sat outside in the sun. The new red/green card scheme works really well. Turn it green for drinks or food and red for when you're okay. They acknowledge you really quickly for how big of a place it is. We will definitely return again!!
