Pizza Hut in Bournemouth

Visited for the buffet on a weekday. Staff very polite and pleasant. Seated quickly and provided glass for refills almost instant. Very friendly when taking payment before leaving.Buffet pizza could be refreshed a bit more often with a different mix of pizza. One pizza had slices there when I first got there and still has slices when I left about an hour later.Great value.

I loved the staff that worked here today. Truly lovely lady and gentleman... Couldn't of asked for nicer staff. A true credit to the company and personally think they need a raise hehe.

Slightly different experience than before the pandemic, you now pay via a webapp. The food is still great, though, and the staff are friendly.

Food and service both very average. Been eating here for 20 years and it gets worse everytime. Buffet was awful and food so slow to come out. Sorry I won't be back.

The food was absolutely delicious and the young man that served us was a wonderful people person and was absolutely amazing at his job we were well impressed with him

We came here for a family night out, it started out great staff really good however when making our drinks the touch screen was REALLY dirty, and my fingers were sticking to the screen. This had not been cleaned in a long time. The salad bar was really messy, again it looked like nothing had been cleaned in a long time. The ice cream factory looked like there had been a few kids parties that weekend and nothing cleaned. I mean the restaurant was actually dirty! We was told they had run out of child pizza bases and would have to have a thin crust, ok not the end of the world but the pizza she got was burnt! Even the girl who brought it out looked embarrassed to do so!They did make her a new pizza but again this looked like a frozen thing from aldi! The tipping point was the thick food left on the spoons and bowls that was ment for the kids ice cream. I got a £30.00 refund of my 63.00 bill and later got 30 in a voucher. This I will NEVER use. We have all been really ill since eating here and I'm now going through the head office! And as a local I'll be sure to tell my friends to avoid this place. The staff were good granted but the food was substandard and not fit for eating. Oh I forgot the fries were undercooked and had a funny taste, think they were aldi oven chips? Either way they were not touched by any of us. SAVE YOUR MONEY and a night of diarrhea and eat somewhere else.Below are the photos of my daughters pizza that they saw as being good enough to leave the kitchen.

Just as good as ever, good range of pizza toppings and the freedom to choose your own base is also a bonus compared to other pizza restaurants. Unfortunately there was no pasta in the salad bar which used to be included, however the range of salad was quite satisfying including the apple slices.
