Pizza Hut in Bournemouth

Sticky tables, lack of staff interaction, still using app order system which is not what you're going for....No milkshakes because it costs them too much....Had the buffet....not impressed hardly any choice and no garlic bread....salad was nice but that was about it. For a big restaurant it was hardly busy...I can't see it lasting as a restaurant much longer which is a shame really...I won't be going back.

It was great, clean, bright and friendly. Our server was lovely and always happy to help with a beautiful smile. Her name is Braidam . The food was great and the kids loved it, the price was super responsible as well...🇬🇧💪🍕

A sad, dirty, overpriced dump. Table , cutlery, glasses dirty. Needed to go get a high chair for myself, waitress left me mid sentence was told to order via app even though the restaurant was almost empty. Pizza overpriced and small. Drinks from the machine tasted funny. Save Your money and go elsewhere.

Really good pizza. Ordering via the QR code on the table was quick and easy too with prompt service.

Terrible.Waiting over 20 mins for desserts once our plates were finally cleared. Requested refund for dessert as child was getting unsettled. The ‘’manager” Richards attitude was shocking stood looking at me with a coffee in his hand and spoke to me in an absolutely disgusting attitude. Offered us to go into the office and have proof off our refund after finally doing it. Then decided to go in and take a photo on his phone. That alone took about 10 minutes. The place had 3 tables and everyone had to keep going up to staff for service. SHOCKING for a Pizza Hut.Up point the food that we actually had was lovely.

The waiting time was explained to me and our pizza's arrived as promised. Richard helped us with out order giving us the best value.

Really lovely lady helping us when needed, always making sure the buffet was stocked up and was so friendly! we had the buffet and was plenty of pizza my daughter had a lovely time

Visited for the buffet on a weekday. Staff very polite and pleasant. Seated quickly and provided glass for refills almost instant. Very friendly when taking payment before leaving.Buffet pizza could be refreshed a bit more often with a different mix of pizza. One pizza had slices there when I first got there and still has slices when I left about an hour later.Great value.

We came here for a family night out, it started out great staff really good however when making our drinks the touch screen was REALLY dirty, and my fingers were sticking to the screen. This had not been cleaned in a long time. The salad bar was really messy, again it looked like nothing had been cleaned in a long time. The ice cream factory looked like there had been a few kids parties that weekend and nothing cleaned. I mean the restaurant was actually dirty! We was told they had run out of child pizza bases and would have to have a thin crust, ok not the end of the world but the pizza she got was burnt! Even the girl who brought it out looked embarrassed to do so!They did make her a new pizza but again this looked like a frozen thing from aldi! The tipping point was the thick food left on the spoons and bowls that was ment for the kids ice cream. I got a £30.00 refund of my 63.00 bill and later got 30 in a voucher. This I will NEVER use. We have all been really ill since eating here and I'm now going through the head office! And as a local I'll be sure to tell my friends to avoid this place. The staff were good granted but the food was substandard and not fit for eating. Oh I forgot the fries were undercooked and had a funny taste, think they were aldi oven chips? Either way they were not touched by any of us.
