Arrived to a smile and friendly staff , I booked a standard £66 room but was upgraded for free to a premier plus room with the added extras ( 2x double bedrooms, large flatscreen ,kettle etc in each room. Private 50 ft length balcony with 20x16ft patio area) all on the 7th floor with facing sea view, 😃 . Fantastic views, very clean and tidy and with a good size bathroom with shower,Our stay was a great experience for the first time in a premier hotel and will definitely stay again,Overall a fantastic place that welcomes you with smiles and a happy atmosphere . 10/10Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.👍👍

The Premier plus room that we had was very pleasing. A larger size, a modern shower, and the balcony was a delight. The hotel has an excellent bar. It's location is immediately opposite the Pavilion. Very convenient.

Very noisy hotel, rooms not to a high standard as you would expect in other premiere hotels and felt like I was staying in a youth hostel. Booking a rooms easy but trying to cancel a room or amend a booking is impossible and if you try and call the hotel don't expect anyone to pick up. This hotel is good for the younger people who enjoy a good night on the town

Rooms, restaurant and bar areas were clean. Not many staff, so guy on reception was managing the lower bar as well. Had to wait about to be served.Breakfast was as you'd expect from Premier Inn and the price you pay, it was more than sufficient and set us up for the day. This hotel is in a great location for beach, BIC or pavilion.NCP car park was closed, so we had to park across the road.

Been many times, great location close to beach, good views, huge rooms, nice art deco building. One of the best premier inns. Parking is a bit pricey but cheap if you park further away.

Good location, friendly staff especially Stewart from the bar. Definitely worth the money. But I don't understand why they don't provide proper toilet paper in the normal double room but they do in the Premier plus room, honestly please someone explain to me. But all in all I would recommend this budget hotel.

Ideal location in Bournemouth centre, 2 minute walk to town or the beach. No car park which may cause you a problem but ample parking nearby for a price (may struggle in summer). Room not the biggest but modern, clean and comfortable with a great view.

Absolutely amazing room Premier plus for 39£ (4th January) with spectacular see view. Specious beds and 2 rooms and very big balcony.Spotless clean. And lovely breakfast for a bargain price(kids eat free)Just the best deal ever.Well done Premier inn. With that perfect location you are the top of my list for Bournemouth.

Nice hotel, you know what you're going to get, however, not as expected or to standard on this occasion. The nesspreso machine was missing ( which they quickly replaced), they NEVER put enough towels or pillows in the rooms ( had to ask several times for these, even said that I was happy to take them up myself if they could let me have them). As well documented this hotel has an issue with heating. Although the hotel supplied a heater in the room, both the feet were broken( whichever it was unstable) and when it was plugged into the socket, discovered the socket had a fault and started hissing and smoking, obviously removed the plug immediately, the electrical equipment all needed testing in 2020! These issues were reported but not taken seriously, they just thanked for making them aware, which makes me suspect they are aware of all these issues, but the hotel group are not assisting in the maintenance of this hotel, which is a great shame. This is an iconic building which requires love and patience. I'm glad a few of the original features remain here, and I hope they don't get lost with customer demands.

Great central location. Really friendly and professional check-in.Sparkling clean room, bedding, towels etc. Tea, coffee in room. Hair dryer next to a mirror (expensive hotels don't do that!) We didn't have bfast as left early but setup looked nice. We target Premier Inn for our stays as rates are good and you arrive knowing what to expect. Thank you
