Got there early, they couldn't find the booking,I felt I was being shouted at by the first waitress, she really needs to dial it down a few decibels.I felt £3.50p for a small glass of orange juice and lemonade was a bit OTT. The waitress that we got to actually serve us was great, but the ambience not great. Not much in the way of greeting,no welcome with a smile, management needs to get a grip on how it's staff interface with people. Remember we all have a choice where we eat.

Great customer service, food and drinks were well prepared and tasty. Good value for money, and they are able to apply the NHS blue light card discount.Overall great experience here and we did not book and arrived quite late during the evening 30 mins before closure, so appreciated them accommodating.

Well, the service was remarkably good.i ate there 9 evenings. The food was excellent except for one iffy evening. Reception/ house management was completely accommodating and I left a ridiculously large tip for the wait staff to share. Thanks everyone.

We went to the Prezzo branch on Westbourne Road, opposite the Royal Bath Hotel and very close to the Pavilion Theatre. (And the B.I.C). Friendly, helpful staff, delicious food. We've been here several times for a pre-show dinner and it's always good. Even better if you exchange some Tesco Clubcard vouchers which you can use towards your food!

I went here twice while I visited Bournemouth it was so lovely and the food was amazing that I came back the next day unfortunately everything was perfect until the desert and a glass of lemonade it ruin the whole meal having a hair wrapped around my chocolate dessert and lipstick on my lemonade glass but what made me not want to go here again was the staff not offering a discount off the food! Also I found on the second day the staff which is leaning against the wall most of the time.

The service was excellent and very friendly. I had the calzone ''tres Carnes'' the chicken was old, the flavour wasn't good. The chef needs to focus on the ingredients. My wife had the mushroom pasta, it was delicious *****.

Ridiculous customer service and very very average food, not sure what the hype is about.. there are far better Italian restaurants in Bournemouth... Hiring a rude Italian steward / manager who can barely speak English does not make the food authentic.

Lovely belated birthday meal. We ordered and thought we may have been forgotten nearly had to ask but it came along. I had the new chicken alfresco, luke warm, chips were scording hot had to wait abit to hot, partner had ham and mascapone pizza, there wasn't very much parsley just a dab and pizza was practically tasteless. She was very lovely hostress with us just food let us down. Such a shame as we love the place.

Nice restaurant, opposite the Royal Bath Hotel, not to be confused with the Prezzo in BH2 where the cinema complex is.Great food and very efficient staff. Our waitress, Alex, was lovely.
