Pumpkin Cafe in Bournemouth

Very bad customer service. How can you ask EAT IN or take away? Who can eat or drink something in there? Do you just not notice how hot it is inside? Asked them to turn on the air conditioning or a fan or something but they said they can’t help me with this.

So rude staff, blond hear old lady was so discoisting ,bcoz i was seat for 2 min with my child, bcoz was so hot outside, she come to me and she ask me to leave bcoz i didnt buy anything, so i buy wather to feel her better, sorry but never thia happen to me in Wolverhampton bcoz we have lovely stuff, very friendly, shame of U

Best make sure you know exactly what you want to order as soon as you step through the door and don't browse around otherwise you'll be confronted abruptly. The manner in which I was spoken to by the lady on duty was completely unnecessary, especially considering the place was empty except for 2 other customers. Left without spending any money, although I intended to get drinks and snacks. 0/10 do not recommend.

I grabbed a quick snack before my train journey and the man who served me was very kind and smiley :) also loved the Quorn roll option!

What can I say that hasn't already been said?Incredible coffee and service, every time. Cristina always make you feel so welcome and their coffee is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face.Add in the bonus of their delicious sweet treats too and your mornings will be worth waking up for. Cristina like always it’s on top..

Why do you only open at 7am on a commuter day!? The busiest train is the 6.50am to London...yet no one can get any food or drink before their journey!?

D&G were both very friendly as always. It’s nice to have a personal greeting when travelling early in the morning. No matter how early or cold it is, he’s always happy!

Always very friendly and fast.Gary the manger is fantastic always cheerful and welcoming and remembers regulars drinks even if they have not been for a while.The croissants at the cafe are excellent
