Clean and fresh. The whole family enjoyed it, especially their half chicken

Absolutely awful... we tried ordering through Deliveroo earlier today at 12:20pm and after no update on the order for 40 minutes, we called the restaurant to ask whether they got the order, to which they told us that the driver had just left to deliver our food. After nothing for 20 minutes (restaurant is 10 mins away, max), we called again only to be told they had never received our order. We ordered again at 1:30pm, from Just Eat this time, and waited until 2:35pm, no food. We called the restaurant again, to which we were hung up on, and when we called again at 2:50pm they told us that the driver had just left and would be 10 minutes. we waited another 25 minutes before the driver arrived, and when we checked the food, nothing was labelled (we ordered 5 wraps, so we had no idea whose was whose) and we were missing a bag of fries. Not to mention, after waiting for over an hour for the second order it was ice cold. In total we spent almost 3 hours to eat lunch, and were extremely disappointed.

For the second time after ordering food we have been texted to say our delivery has been left when it has not! We now have to contact deliveroo who had said they had left the food. Rooster should have a much better system - years ago they used to personally deliver which was great. It’s outrageous that our money has gone out of our bank and no food to show for it. We will not order again.

If you are travelling from London and think Rooster Peri Peri is a safe choice to have a decent meal, bournemouth one isnt like ones in london at all.

Have eaten here a number of times and never had any issues. Food is always fresh and really really yummy!! Can't beat their lebenese sauce on chicken or lamb!! 😘 So so good. 10/10

Very disappointed in my order considering I’ve eaten from here for over 7 years. 35 mins late, soggy and uncooked chips, and the wrong wrap. Expected better. I won’t be ordering from here again. Stick to the Ashley Road or Winton one.

Water bathed chicken and melted smush for chees cake after a 35 min drive to collect. Got home to find this abismal excuse for a meal after repaying £28 for a single person. How they can call that a cheesecake is beyond me! Called the establishment they were very quick to say not our problem ring just eat for your refund! This was at 9.44pm just eat were not even open to take my call. Abismal service abismal food. Would have been better off visiting the pet food aisle in tesco AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Spicy chicken goodness. We go every Friday from work. Tasty juicy chicken. A bit inconsistent: but that's not a bad thing. Nice chips too.

Really frustrating. I ordered 3 meals to BHM hospital they said 45mis, 1.30 hours later we still waiting and they said they left long time ago but a lots of traffic. There is not traffic so at the end we have to end up in Burger King and cancelled the order. Really disrecpectual and not professionals at all. Shame because I always loved that place!!.
