Roosters piri piri bournemouth in Bournemouth

Have eaten here a number of times and never had any issues. Food is always fresh and really really yummy!! Can't beat their lebenese sauce on chicken or lamb!! 😘 So so good. 10/10

Very disappointed in my order considering I’ve eaten from here for over 7 years. 35 mins late, soggy and uncooked chips, and the wrong wrap. Expected better. I won’t be ordering from here again. Stick to the Ashley Road or Winton one.

Water bathed chicken and melted smush for chees cake after a 35 min drive to collect. Got home to find this abismal excuse for a meal after repaying £28 for a single person. How they can call that a cheesecake is beyond me! Called the establishment they were very quick to say not our problem ring just eat for your refund! This was at 9.44pm just eat were not even open to take my call. Abismal service abismal food. Would have been better off visiting the pet food aisle in tesco AVOID AVOID AVOID!

The worst restaurant and service I’ve ever experienced and reading the reviews, I’m not the only one who feels this way. Ordered at midnight, called them at 2am asking where the food was, they quite rudely said there were no drivers available and we still had to wait another hour. So we waited and nothing arrived. 4am at this point and we couldn’t get through. Now they’re trying to claim they delivered the food and refusing to refund the £50! It’s insane! Be very very careful when ordering from them!!!!!

In my opinion the best piri piri chicken shop in Bournemouth. I regularly order from this shop and don’t think I’ve ever had a bad meal. I recommend the Lebanese flavoured chicken.

I visited this roosters peri peri In Bournemouth. Appalling service with missing orders. A female manager extremely rude and abrupt. She was shouting at my husband and her staff. Never visit this place to eat.

Spicy chicken goodness. We go every Friday from work. Tasty juicy chicken. A bit inconsistent: but that's not a bad thing. Nice chips too.

Have been ordering roosters for years and most of the time we get a very good service. Very occasionally we may have to wait a little longer but as I am a regular they make it up to me and offer me a voucher for something free next time( Thanks to Christina)!!👌Tonight I ordered a whole chicken ( well done) and coleslaw and it was delivered within 25 minutes.The staff are always good and very polite. These guys are seriously busy all the time due to the good food they make.Sometimes I call and go pick it up and it’s always ready within 10-15 minutes.Thanks again to roosters for good food, good staff team and chefs!!Leo

Really frustrating. I ordered 3 meals to BHM hospital they said 45mis, 1.30 hours later we still waiting and they said they left long time ago but a lots of traffic. There is not traffic so at the end we have to end up in Burger King and cancelled the order. Really disrecpectual and not professionals at all. Shame because I always loved that place!!.
