Saint Michel in Bournemouth

Used a Virgin Experience Days voucher on a busy Sunday evening. Wonderful value, with fantastic choices to make up your three course meal. Quick and polite service from a friendly staff ensured a most enjoyable evening.

I had a nice dining experience at Brasserie Blanc. The main dish that I choose (Lentils tomato lasagna pasta)was disappointing but starter and dessert were delicious! It is a bit expensive as a restaurant but in general I would recommend it!

Restaurant based in smart hotel. Good place for a special meal. Bit on pricy side but food worth it. Good selection. We tried coq au vin and duck in sauce. Both were tasty and guide portions. The stars were interesting residential the potted crab and avocado. The position of the restaurant on the cliff top would be great on a good day when you can find outside.

The menu is designed by Raymond Blanc. Everything was cooked to perfection as should be expected. I had Cornish Crab, Chateaubriand, Buttered Kale and a Poached Pear desert followed by an 'Old Fashioned '. I left feeling extremely satisfied. Delicious.

Had three course of things I would not normally choose, but found each one of them to be fantastic in their own ways.All of these options where from the vegan options available on the menu, but would appeal to anyone with the mix of flavours and ingredients in these dishes. 10/10

Having Christmas Dinner at Marriott Hotel, Brasserie Blanc restaurant in Bournemouth. Amazing Christmas Meal. Very well planned menu, Friendly Service, Tables were safely & widely spread out for health & Safety measure. Always going back to this restaurant. Love it & thanks for theur services.Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Would give it 4.5 stars if I could. Waiter was very friendly and funny. Wibf and food was delicious and good value! We went after sunset in winter so couldny appreciate the outdoor seating or views but I'm sure they would be lovely. We got the roast beef, pork and mezze starter.

Despite the service being a bit messy and unprofessional, the food is actually really good. The moules Marinieres was perfectly cooked and very fresh. Escargot were so tender and fresh. The only thing I'm not impressed with is the bread. Really bad quality baguette.And the dessert is so, so good!I would say, make sure you leave room for desserts.

Really a nice place and welcoming staffs. Food was good, reasonably prices. Good over view to ocean and beach.As a cutomer, I would recommend for staff to wear unified coloured shirt so we can identify who is working there. Let say how can I trust to hand over my credit card to someone who has no sign of working for Brasserie Blanc Bournemouth. Or even asking for more food from another customer :D , I think you get my point.

Excellent food and service. Very reasonably priced for fine dining. Would definitely recommend and would go back.
