It is amazing you have so many different choices of food.Also a lot of drink options you can eat in take out of get a delivery on just eat. Over all if you love fish and chips this will be the best place to go over hensbery head to get your best fish and chips

I just had a chip barm and it cost over £3 it was discusting and stuck it in the bin. I stink of greese after being in there. won't be going back there again.

Amazing food, a large size chips can feed two adults and a child with a couple of there food long sausage l, the owners are really nice people , it's my new go to chip shop when I'm in the area

The fish was alright but the service was horrible ! Beware of old blonde lady at the till. She is rude and totally not polite. The customer service experience was appalling. Stay away folks. What a shame, the fish itself was good but it was a real drama getting a bit of salt and extra vinegar. Shame on you lady ! Show some respect towards your clients. You totally ruined our afternoon….

Used several times previously and been very impressed. Told others to use this place but very let down tonight with having to wait over 30mins for our order only to find it was given to another customer. Fryer man was quite rude about things but the lady was helpful and apologetic. Food was nice but maybe a better system for orders I.e take names or give numbers

First time trying this place. Made to order, so everything this is fresh. The staff are really friendly and the food was ace.

Literally the worst fish and chip shop I have ever been to. First off the staff were unfriendly and miserable, the wait was long. One man had been waiting for 40mins already for his order of x2 fish and chips! I could forgive the wait if the food was amazing...... Its not..... It was disgusting...... We got home, started to unwrap the food and the grease was pouring out of the paper all over the kitchen top. The chips were just a pile of mush, the calamari was vile, no salt and vinegar either (no offer either at the point of collection). If you gave this place 5* you need to get your taste buds tested! There are decent fish and chip shops in and around Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch, but this place is definitely not one of them.

The worst fish and chips I’ve ever had in my life and expensive! I do not recommend this place. Staff were very unfriendly for a start. Much to be desired in terms of customer service and their manner. I waited outside and the woman came out yelling the order, and put it on a random table outside the shop. When I said it was mine there was not effort to hand it to me or put it on the table I was sitting at. I’m not white so it did make me wonder if it was to do with that or if they are always like that with customers. After all that the food was awful. The fish was not fresh in any way. It tasted funny and smelt like cat food! It tasted like it had been stored in freezer for some time. It had been drowned in oil because when I opened up the wrapper there was a visible pool of grease! It was incredibly greasy and the batter was tasteless. There was more batter than fish to give it the initial appearance of a large cut of fish but it wasn’t. There was no salt and vinegar on the chips and they never asked if I wanted any come to think of it. As I had to wait outside for my order the chips were already sealed so I didn’t have the option to put the salt and vinegar on myself assuming they had condiments out for customers. I ended up binning it. I’d give this review no stars if I could. The people who have given this place good ratings must be friends of the people who run it or they enjoy eating diabolical food.
