Slug & Lettuce Bournemouth, Old Christchurch Rd in Bournemouth

Great location and feels like a proper Slug & Lettuce. Staff were really friendly and drinks were spot on! Quality location, lovely to sit outside.

10/10!!!! Wish I could review them higher. Have been to other slug and lettuces and haven’t felt like the need to review. The staff were so attentive and caring. Fran served us and ensure our drinks were never not empty (bottomless brunch) also shout out to Marley for getting our drinks made for us! If your coming to Bmth definitely come to this slug and lettuce!!

The atmosphere is loud, with not a great service, the stake I had took over 30 mins to be served, and when it arrived it was overcooked from a medium turned into a well done, but the thing that I find the most upsetting is that the management is so cheat the cutlery is not properly washed, and they serve the customers old chips tucked away at the bottom of the serving cup where the customer will not notice the old overfried chips until they will get to the end of the portion. Come to this place for the watered down and overpriced cocktails hard to find a good thing to say about the place

We were served by Fran and she was an absolute superstar. If anyone comes to slug and lettuce ask for her. An absolute angel. Couldn’t have asked for better service. One of the best bottomless brunches I have been too!! Couldn’t have had a better time!! X

We went to Slug and Lettuce for my hen do to enjoy a fabulous bottomless brunch! Food was incredible, drinks were always full and we can’t THANK Fran enough for her amazing service! Thank you so much 💗

Well I didn’t know what to expect when my friends asked me out for cocktails and chicken platters. That was until we were greeted by the amazing Fran! Fran was very attentive and 8 cocktails down I almost felt I could call her a friend. Excellent service all round would 100% recommend a visit!

We booked for a table for 3 people but it was too small for drinks and food. We orded steak with medium rare condition and they were so dry. Also, the service was bad as staff looked quite unfriendly and angry. They asked for other tables about food but ignored us.

Average Friday night experience for a slug and lettuce. Staff where perfectly friendly and helpful and the issues are absolutely not relating to them except for the glasses that could be much cleaner. After drinking the pictured drinks, they were 3/4 full of ice still. All the glasses we had, had obvious water marks on from not being rinsed/dried properly.Overall not a horrible experience at all, just very average.

Manager and Staff all very friendly here. Airy bright and clean. Menu as usual so good. Food came quick and everyone loved it. Only thing is change the rolls from white to granary brown on the Vegan feast. I left my rolls and just ate the filling as white bread is just not worth eating. Confused why they do that as you wouldn't serve McDonald's in a wholemeal bum would you?
