Smokeys Flame Grilled Burgers in Bournemouth

Wow. This was our 1st order with smokeys. Husband ordered on website to be delivered. Delivery was on time. And the burgers were amazing. Food was still hot. Will definitely be ordering with smokeys again. Highly recommend

Ordered on the Just Eat app. Forgot the coleslaw! Read your orders properly, if you don’t you lose custom? Food standard, nothing to shout home about, won’t return again I’m afraid.

Order done with friends on just eat. 2 hours to get delivered. When order arrived no chips and no drinks. So £46 for 4 burgers and some cheese bites. Waiting to see if refund comes through.

Food was so cold the cheese hadn’t even melted. Not sure how though as it had clearly been on the grill longer than was needed.

Ordered from here on the 1st of November. We rang up for collection and they guy on the phone said it would be ready in 5 mins which we thought was pretty quick considering we ordered two burgers etc. When we got the food home both burgers were so pink. I mean it just looked like it was cooked for 2 mins to make the outside look done. It was raw meat and in result of that I was really ill all day yesterday. I would not recommend and would maybe put in a request for some new chefs

I brought a take away on the 2nd of July. They took my money and the food never turned up. I was waiting for 2 hours. I had nothing to eat that whole day so was really looking forward to it. I phoned up on the 3rd of July and explained the situation. The man said sorry and he will refund it within 3 days. I had no refund and waited gave them a chance. I then phoned up again on the 9th of July to be told that the manager would call me back. Its now the 15th and I've had no calls nothing. And now they won't/can't even answer the phone. Normally a lovely food place but they are money grabbers!! Avoid!

Best burger I've had in ages. 1/2lb trucker with pulled pork, it was ridiculously good. Fantastic delivery guy too, James in the sexy Smart car is always great!

1st ever order tonight. Love the fact the food isn't greasy. Great portion sizes and prices are reasonable. Delivery was spot on time and I've never heard my boys talk so much about how much they enjoyed the burgers. Don't change your cook. Will definitely order again

Whenever the family orders from Smokey's it's always a guaranteed hit. I have never had a problem with quality quantity or delivery. A huge well-done to the team for consistency. Extremely tasty burgers. Hardest part is choosing 😋
