Good food. Nice decor and friendly staff. All in all a good place to eat

I've never had a bad meal here. Which is why I am extremely disappointed to have to give 3 stars.....the only reason I am giving 3 stars is due to the time it takes to order (only 3 tables in use) and how long the food took to come out (40 mins). Also at then end of the meal the waiter tried to convince me I owed him more money.

The Best Indian in Bournemouth/Poole! having tried a good few different take aways and restaurants over the years Spice Of India is by far my absolute Fav ! My friend and I love the Banquet Night, really food value, delicious food and really friendly staff, if we go out to celebrate Birthdays or just for a night out, we always go here!! And if my Husband and I ever order an Indian take away, I wouldn't go anywhere else ! 10/10 !!

I've always found the food and evening service good here so recommended in that respect, but trying to get a lunchtime takeaway is something of a waste of time. I walked in after the advertised opening time and was told that my order would take 50 minutes to an hour to prepare. Why open at 12 if you can't produce food until 1? I'll try 1 in the future in hope.

I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great curry and great service.I was looking to book a restaurant for my husband's 50th birthday and sent an email to Faruk, who bent over backwards to accommodate the booking, answer my many questions and even helped me to decorate the tables with balloons 🎈 too.They helped me set up a tab on the night, for everyone to have their first drink on me, separated the bills and even brought out the birthday cake we made playing happy birthday and turning down the lights!!They went above and beyond to make the night special for us and were so helpful and friendly.The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the food is fantastic.I honestly cannot fault anything.Even though the restaurant was almost at capacity with our party and other diners, the wait for food was minimal, all came out per table and nothing was missed or cold.Everyone remarked how much they had enjoyed the evening and how much they loved the restaurant and the staff.We look forward to our next night out at the Spice of India of India 😊.

Me and the girls had an amazing time at the Spice of India restaurant - the atmosphere was lovely, the waiters were polite and funny, the food was delicious, restaurant was clean and the whole set up of the restaurant is just beautiful. Thank you for the amazing service! We will be back! :)

Wow me and my wife have come here to get away from the kids and the food is deliciousSo many flavours. I Recommended coming and trying out the food. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Large spacious restaurant, nice decor and fancy toilets. No car park, parking is on the road.Staff were friendly, food was very good.
