Starbucks in Bournemouth

thanks for spitting in my drink & bloody screaming at my face when i ask for a change 👍🏻 disgusting drinks anyway. this starbucks branch really sucks at training their staffs— dirty kitchen area & only cares about chatting with their friends who come by.

Amazing iced chai latte and great Team! Always feel welcomed there!

I visited this Starbucks in the evening and I was wondering if that's was the reason why it looked so dirty but in general I wouldn't recommend this place as a nice coffee shop to visit. The drink that I bought, a summer drink was also very disappointing.

Although I do find Starbucks to be a little on the expensive side, they do a huge and rather delicious Latte and their cakes are very delightful.Great customer service and very clean facilities.

Lovely and vibrant staff I keep coming back because of them. I Quick to act if something is wrong :)

Good location and outdoor seating area. Coffee is good too but not a big fan of Starbucks coffee bean 😅

Nice coffee in there great choice of different types, quite expensive but decent for the price. Comfortable seating, friendly staff, so overall pretty good.

Staff were happy to help with my order and we had a good laugh at the previous customer order of an iced caramel latte with no milk.

EXTREMELY slow service every single time. They don’t have a way of knowing who has ordered drinks first, their system is a mess. Me and my girlfriend ordered drinks together and she got hers 20 mins after mine whilst people got there’s before hers.If you’re not willing to wait over 15-20 mins for a simple drink then it’s not the place for you. The female staff are also very rude!!

I like this Starbucks (although I prefer the independents). It's got plenty of seating, cosy corners and a large bar stool area in the middle, perfect for large groups.I'm not keen on the way they like to take your name and shout it across the shop, but the coffee is good.
