Starbucks in Bournemouth

Just ordered a couple Frappes. They were nice, but didn't have to finesse of the finish I'm used to. They didn't have much of the caramel sauce, and there was none on top at all.The guy on the till was friendly and helpful.

You can’t even go to the bathroom!!! Doors are always looked and you have to ask a member of staff for using the toilet. Most of the people leave without using it!

Great staff courteous and polite and their drinks are made to a high standard. Shop is clean spacious and well presented

Only one person serving so no tables cleared or cleaned ☹ but toasted sandwiches good and coffee good.

Coffee was a bit strong . Not much there for coeliac people.

Staff do not know how to make the simplest of drinks. A ristretto americano consists of solely ristretto shots, not one, additional to espresso shots.

Too many questions from the staff regarding allergies and etc etc , if I have some allergies or problem I will inform you , waiting quite long to get my cappuccino consider I was the only one . Just do a coffee without many issues thanks

Dirty and understaffed when we visited. Customers were cleaning their own tables, service was slow even though it wasn't so busy. Shame as it seems a popular place

Staff are always lovely, even thought they could probably use a couple more being scheduled on at a time! Must be hard serving so many people with only 1 behind the counter. The coffees are great regardless.Large cafe but it wasn't loud and there was enough seating even though some of it was removed.

Bright, beautiful and large coffeehouse. Very tasty coffee. Nice atmosphere. Good service.
