Stayed for 1 night. Asked for a disabled room on the ground floor. As there were a few steps to encounter there was a disabled lift to use on the steps. On other steps there was a ramp. There was a big bathroom with hand rails in the shower, but no folddown seat, and rail by the toilet. Which was quite low.The shower was very spacious but could have done with a shelf or somewhere to put shower gel, shampoo etc.The bedroom was very large as was the bed. Plenty of room to manoever a wheelchair. The bed was comfortable. However it was quite high. So depending on your disabilities it would be quite difficult to slide from your chair seat onto the bed. You'd really need to be able to stand. However a good place to stay.

Room 127 disgusting dirty bathroom was disgusting. When you arive the view down from checking in was stunning. The place is stunning. Stay on arrival brilliant. But the room? Just see the pictures. I feel dirty and no i didnt use the shower. No other rooms as we tried to upgrade and this was a wedding gift.

It was the worst experience staying at the hotel, booked through booking.com. There wasn't any view from the room, except some party room, which felt like jail. Many noises were coming from outside( party loud music, hand dryer as there were common washroom, lobby door and kitchen extractor). There was some party going on whose loud noise disturbed us inside the room and we didn't sleep till midnight until the party got over. The hotel staff wasn't helpful and informed that management is aware of the party and our condition and they are helpless, they did not help with providing any other room as it was fully booked. It has just spoiled our vacation should not place room available if you are not able to give the best service to your all guests. Should have treated all the customers equal.Your negligence has spoiled our holiday and a very precious day of my life. I and my family are upset after the check-in. Cursing the moment why we have booked this hotel. No compensation has been given no apology. Rude receptionists and management.

Positives...Good locationReasonably well maintained interior compared with the local market.Big rooms.Negatives...Bar is only intermittently staffed (seems like they pop their head round the corner every 15 mins).Staff seem new / slowRooms far too hot (even with widow open) Unable to regulate temperature.Bar closed at 10.50pm despite being advertised as 24h for residents.Parking £10 extra. You could park on the road for free out of season but too late once you drive in as its on camera.

We spent 4 unforgettable days in this hotel with our children.I especially liked the interior design of this hotel, although the general condition of the hotel is in need of the modernization, it didn’t interfere with our stay at all.The staff is very friendly and attentive to details, the location is one of the best, with lovely view to the sea from certain rooms. Also, we really enjoyed our breakfast 🥐 in this hotel, good choice and freshly prepared.I didn't like to eat there in the evening, as the food had no taste, everything was prepared with no passion for cooking. But I would highly recommend the bar, especially the guy who works there is very helpful and attentive.I would definitely come back to this hotel.

South Coast tourA hotel that has been well kept from a past era and a little tired in places. Our room was large with a comfortable bed, no sea view. The bathroom was disappointing in that the shower was little more than a dribble, a non functioning bidet that was a trip hazard. Only had breakfast with the first day cooked to order, the second as a buffet,All areas were very clean and staff friendly

Visited this hotel just for a one night stay in Bournemouth. The location is fantastic right on the waterfront with just a road between you and beach. The hotel itself is very dated and feels like it’s stuck in the past. Breakfast was a complete shambles as well and everything took so long to be ready at the buffet you couldn’t have a whole plate of food, you’d go up for eggs, a while later for sausages etc etc. All the staff really didn’t want to be there either. However the room itself was clean, comfortable and well maintained. All in all not bad but not great.

Had a wonderful spa stay for the weekend with my daughter. Room large with a sea veiw. Had a great massage and facial with Infinity who was lovely. Food was really good and plenty of it. Only downfall was room was serviced but toilet rolls and milk/tea were not restocked. So had to ask at reception for them but were very good and gave me some there and then.

We did enjoy our stay. However, lack of staff did spoil the break. Breakfast was like warm, same with the coffee at breakfast. Pool was great, but needs hoovering all the grit from pool side at bottom of pool. Room was nice, lovely large balcony which we chose and paid extra for. Had to wait for bar staff to arrive many times over the weekend too. The weekend break was not cheap, therefore we did expect a little more for our money.

Hotel very dated and not looking as the pictures advertising, huge room but plain no character or any sort of facilities, no air conditioning. Booking was made for 2 and only one set of towels in the room, breakfast was served in a bag dropped at the door but again very poor choice of products and only 1 breakfast (more like a snack) had to request for the second guest again. No one answers the phones in reception, room service in the room is done by a WhatsApp message and to deliver 2 beers took 40 minutes. Queues for check in and check out... don't recomend this hotel to anyone unless you expecting 1*service and the looks of the room is just bland and depressing, I booked the most expensive room available in Expedia and this was a room with no view, message the hotel in the app because no one answer phones to double check about services and sea view and never got an answer... staff and management just don't show any passion for their guests... location is good for access the beach but I will never book this hotel again, for half the price u can get a much better option... very disappointed and if I was closer to home I would have just left on the moment I got to the room...
