Visited for an early dinner with my mum on Friday. The sun was shining so it was really busy. The waitress was doing a fabulous job multitasking, rushed off her feet, but she still had a smile for you too. Food was lovely and there was a great happy pub atmosphere. Looking forward to our next visit.

My fiancé and I recently moved to the area to be closer to family, my sister has always said how amazing the team are and the atmosphere is in here, so we thought we would check it out. Not disappointed in the slightest! Great welcome, massive selection of decent pub gub (huge portion sizes) and the most fabulously dressed queen serving very happy punters! We will definitely be regular faces here ☺

Recently moved to the area so decided to invite friends for a breakfast to help us celebrate. Great pub, excellent food and the staff were so friendly. Glad we will be able to call this our local and look forward to many more meals here.

Great little gem of a place. Full of atmosphere. Staff are so attentive and can not do enough for you.Food is outstanding and plentiful and a great choice on the menu. There is something for everyone.Bar is well stocked and your spoiled for choice, from wine to cocktails, bubbles sprits beers or soft drinks. Take your pick . They have it.We look forward to going back again soon.

3 1/2 stars but not 4. Food was reasonable at best. The burgers seem to have changed from thick and succulent to thin and dry, but perhaps I was unlucky. Not enthused by the sheet of paper on the plate.

It's not my first visit and certainly won't be my last. We chose the turkey lunch which was lovely, piping hot, plenty of it, and everything cooked to perfection. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure we wanted for nothing. We even managed to squeeze in a pud !!Our thanks to the chef and Merry Christmas to all 🎄👍🥂

Traditional English pub. There is a lot of choice across the menus. The food we ordered was really nice and at very reasonable prices. Staff were lovely. Would definitely visit again!
