The Lodge At Meyrick Park Guest House in Bournemouth

My husband and i have been coming to the lodge for many years and enjoy it. Everyone is friendly, lovely breakfast.Near the beach shops and Poole sandbanks Swanage .We are always happy to come back to this lovely place.

We had a very nice deal. The room is very clean and nice. Lots of tea and coffee in the room, too. We could use their state of art gym facilities. Only downside was that we ran out of shampoo at night. Please fill it at least half full.Only 15-20 minutes walk to Bournemouth pier through the lovely parks.

Peaceful location, up a steep hill right by the 18th green. Fitness club and pool on site. Breakfast was excellent. Restaurant was too quiet in the evening so we went out for dinner.

A very good find, and a great place to stay with exceptional facilities, yet so close to the centre and beach. Staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast excellent, room spotless and a good size with clean good sized bathroom and nice soft towels. Even a towel to use for the pool!Enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Stayed here good Friday.Placed right beside a golf course lovely surroundings and very quiet. Had a double room comfortable had wifi,tea coffee and 30 second walk from the club house.We able to use the facilities gym ,pool .Has a nice cosy bar area and food was reasonably priced and well presented and a good selection of beer/lager and soft drinks.The surroundings kind of make you forget you are a 15 min walk from Bournemouth Town centre .Would stay again.

Fantastic rooms, very comfortable beds, nicely decorated. The staff are so friendly. Breakfast has a good choice. About a 15 minute walk into the town/beach however, uphill on the way back!

The staff are a credit to this place. You are immediately greeted with a warm friendly smile from reception when you arrive. All their staff were friendly and pleasant . They go out of their way to make sure you are well cared for. Nothing is too much trouble. We used the pool, gym and even took part in some excellent exercise classes they made us feel so welcome. The rooms are clean and well equipt. Good selection of choice at breakfast which is served in the lounge bar. Staff in this area are attentive to your needs. The lodge setting is amongst trees so very peaceful. However plenty of cars coming and going during the day as it is a golf and spa resort. Ideal place to stay to explore the area which we did. Would willing return.

Firstly the staff were all very friendly and helpful and really made sure our stay was great. The room was lovely and clean as was the reception and bar/cafe area. The breakfast was tasty and cooked to perfection. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to use the leisure facilities but juding by everything else I'm sure they are also very well maintained. We would definitely return and recommend Meyrick Lodge. If any management read this your staff are doing a fantastic job! The location is also a short distance from town and seaside (15 min walk/5 taxi) which is also convenient.

Lovely hotel, idyllic location. Lots of parking space.Clean room, comfy bed, Slept well. Breakfast was top notch, gym, swimming and sauna facilities are good. Only about 10 minutes walk from town centre, loads of shops and restaurants, which is so near to the beach. We did this walk 2 times a day. Well worth the shortlist. Would gladly stay there again

All the staff were amazing. Luicie on reception couldn't have done enough to male us welcome. Her lovely smile and warm personality put you instantly at ease.
