Great staff and food but a little pricey

Nice food lovely big chunks of mushroom and sourdough bread, really big fluffy chunks of scrambled egg and a decent pot of tea. Reasonably priced and lovely personal service. Clean and cozy will be returning.

Friendly, nice clean restaurant, nicely cooked and tasty breakfast. Pot of tea, and toast (one round burnt, scraped black burnt sides off, difficult as had margarine/butter spread on it, and I prefer dry toast, no spread) but overall very good and would eat there again. The Lunches looked appealing.

Always a pleasure to come here, either for breakfast or lunch. Excellent value food and drinks, friendly staff and a good ambience. I'd not been for 5 weeks due to the indifferent Summer weather, but hope to visit more often during Autumn/Winter.

We visited daily this week. Breakfast was beautiful, staff polite and friendly.

Nice little cafe really warm friendly welcome the waitress is always so lovely good varied menu all freshly cooked! Omelette literally stuffed with ham&mushrooms served with great homemade chips which you just don't get in most places and def worth the wait! Good cheese and bacon burger too! Worth a try if in southbourne!!

Yummy! Lovely staff, seems to have a lot of regulars! Always promising. We came a few years ago and decided to see if it was still open. It still is and it is still an amazing breakfast! Great portions at reasonable prices. Kids love the food here and say its the best restaurant they've eaten it. Haha.They do kids options, and burgers etc so not just a breakfast cafe.

Friendly service, cheap prices and very standard simple breakfast. Tasty bacon. Didnt take cards only cash.

Great food and extremely well priced. I was out with a family member searching for somewhere to eat and looked at several cafes that served tiny breakfasts for ludicrous prices.Our breakfasts were perfectly cooked and in a timely manner, the staff were polite and attentive including the chef who even thanked us when we left.I will definitely be earing there again and would happily reccomend.
