As a small local supplier, we deal with lots of local hotels in the area.This one was the most unhelpful we have ever come across, not only the front of house staff but the managers too.Just wanting to drop a couple of items for a function being held there for one of their guests, we are usually allowed a small amount of time to park and unload.These very unhelpful lot charged us £2 for 15 mins after a lengthy argument about local businesses working together,The people running this place are looking after number one, and only number one.We won’t be returning here again and by the state of the function room, I’d hate to think what the bedrooms are like !!1* is a push …

If I could give it no stars I would , worse place iv ever been to from the get the vibe from checking in was negative.Get to the room and it smelt funky had to open the windows then the draw handles was sticky walls dirty heater staind bath was chipped.Then we go out to party coming back to the room and in the bathroom it's raining water puring out of the light and vent and the hotel told booking.com we created the leak! How does some 1 create rain coming out of a light I don't know how this place is even running filthy rude people I advise everyone not to stay here!.

Absolutely disgusting. £78 pound for the room for me and my daughter. Wanted my 2nd daughter to come up for 1 hour to get ready to go out and it was refused and had to pay £39 extra for her to come in to the hotel. Plus taking another 50 deposit in advance in case you break anything. Rude customer service. During the night people snuck into the hallways who didn’t have a room at this hotel and were being loud and drunk all night and we complained but got told it was basically our fault for not complaining the second we heard the noise.The room was ok. Bed like concrete. Wanted to rate a 0/5

Appalling management,intimated me and my 2 teenagers. Charged me to allow my daughter to come into my room while we got ready to meet family,but didn't help when 3 youths entered the hotel,drunk and noisy loitering outside our door. Premier Inn hotels,and britannia hotels have never treated me this way. NEVER use this hotel.

the beds were comfy enough, the room was cosy. however they don’t clean there rooms properly because down the sides of the beds were ‘cream chargers’ (NOS) from whoever had stayed in the room previously. and the staff at the reception desk lie too you, the service charge you have to pay of 50 pound per room is a promised refund. well that’s a load of rubbish because i haven’t received my 50 pound deposit back. i think some shady stuff is going in at this hotel that needs investigating. don’t stay here unless your looking to loose out on money. joke of a hotel.

Do not book a room in this hotel!Checked in for just 6 hours, was charged £70 for the room and then had £40 of my £50 deposit stolen for 'late check out fees' even though check out time was not told to me whatsoever and terms and conditions were not shown (Just look at the other reviews). I also complained about the room where nothing worked including windows not able to open but was ignored. The least they can do is refund £40.PLEASE AVOID, not worth the hassle, big scam

Newly decorated 3 storey hotel, friendly staff and clean room. Large restaurant and bar. Short distance from the sea front, shops close by. A large car park for guests. Reasonably priced.

Any other hotel in bournemouth will top this! Advertised on bookings for £29. Without any mention of all the hidden costs! £12 for parking!? You could park in the near by car park for £5 for 24 hours. £50 deposit (WHEN NOTHING IN THE ROOM COSTS ANYWHERE NEAR £50 😂). At night time they charge ridiculous rates “PER PERSON” instead of a standard Double Room rate! Terrible service, they try and charge late checkout rate of £25 or something when you leave 10-15 mins late. DONT STAY HERE! You will think it’s a bargain and they hit u with charge after charge!

I liked it to be fair. Adequately warm, clean, comfortable and quiet and amazingly cheap. I made a special request for a quiet room and got a very isolated one at the end of a long corridor and didn’t have any disturbances the whole time. Some of the guests a bit unsavoury (Bournemouth Uni student, ahem) dropping used PPE in the car park but what can ya do.

This place has a low rating and having been there I understand why. I understand they are doing a lot of refurbishments but if you still want to trade and open your business to the public then you are still liable to be held to scrutiny.Walls in room were grubby, bathroom was grubby.Locks in my room and bathroom were disabled with no bathroom amenities.Someone like a maintenance guy(albeit friendly) used his key to just walk right into my room so obviously no communication among staff.Just an all round not pleasant place to stay.Had no bad experience with the staffDefinitely won't be coming back
