The Tipsy Cow Bar in Bournemouth

Thank you so much for making our Sons 18th Birthday meal so special.Great food, great value and service and Honi served our Son his first ever pint at the bar and made our experience really special , thank you. The guy serving at the bar her also was really kind and lovely too.Even able to use student discount or my Blue Light discount.They just could have been more helpful.Look forward to visiting again.

Friendly staff, good and reasonably-priced food and comfortable surroundings. If in Bournemouth again, would definitely come again.

Only had drinks here, but they tasted good and the service was good, unfortunately the out side heaters weren't working

Arrived at tipsy cow on a quiet afternoon, the sun rays beaming down on a hot and humid day. We took our seats at the nicest table there. Drinks were reasonably expensive and the food was very delicious. I got myself a pizza and it was great. Toilets were a stretch to find. And service was fairly great. The mobile app for this place was not working and very broken and out of date, it needs a revisit and an update, everything had to be ordered in person.That being said it did not take away from a good evening.

The environment is very nice! They are dog friendly which is a big plus for me! However the burgers aren't that nice, just because the patty is very rubbery, you can tell that is not a good quality burger pattie... It is like the cheap, everything except meat burger patties... If they upgraded it it would be one of the best burgers I have had :) the sauce, bun and everything else are really yummy!

Great decor. Wonderful service, really good portions and excellent price. We had burger, kids burger + breakfast. Everyone was happy!

Came here with a few girls for a friend's birthday. Kababs and dirty tables, soaking wet floor by the bar, took ages to get served by 2 girls. Ladies toilet looked liked someone had urinated on the floor and lots of shouting drunken men everywhere. It was an absolute mess and a shambles. We moved on because we were sure a fight would brake out as these men had far too much to drink and were loud and leary. Should have been moved on. A real shame.

One of my favourite places in Bournemouth however, on last Friday, we went for dinner with friends and the waitress kept bringing the bill and saying that she was doing it so we knew “how much we’d spent” as if we couldn’t afford it. We go there very often and I was surprised we’ve been treated like this.

Staff could not have done enough. Food prices reasonable and mine tasted good, healthy portion sizes. I had vegan sausage and mash, which wasn't even on the menu. Atmosphere was fun and I think we'd all be happy to return. Wine prices slightly above average.

I like the decor/atmosphere, the food is good, staff is friendly. Coffee is great too, and the sticky toffee pudding is delicious :) This place is very much needed in Charminster for a bit of variety!
